2015年福建省小学英语学科考试大纲一、考试性质福建省中小学新任教师公开招聘考试是符合招聘条件的考生参加的全省统一的选拔性考试。
考试结果将作为福建省中小学新任教师公开招聘面试的依据。
招聘考试应从教师应有的专业素质和教育教学能力等方面对考生进行全面考核,择优录取。
招聘考试应具有较高的信度、效度,必要的区分度和适当的难度。
二、考试目标与要求1.考查考生对《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》(二级)所规定的教学目标、要求以及内容的理解、掌握和运用。
2.考查考生对高等教育对应于小学英语课程的相关专业知识的理解、掌握和运用。
3.考查考生对小学英语课程与教学论基础理论知识和基本方法的理解、掌握和运用。
三、考试范围与要求考试范围涵盖三个方面,即小学英语教学内容、高等教育对应于小学英语课程的相关专业知识以及小学英语课程与教学论内容。
(一)小学英语教学内容1.语言知识(1)语音:正确读出26个英文字母;了解简单的拼读规律;了解单词有重音,句子有重读;了解英语语音包括连读、节奏、停顿、语调等现象。
(2)词汇:知道单词是由字母构成的;知道要根据单词的音、义、形来学习词汇;学习有关本级话题范围的600~700个左右的单词和50个左右的习惯用语,并初步运用400个左右的单词表达二级规定的相应话题。
(3)语法:①在具体语境中理解以下语法项目的意义和用法:名词的单复数形式和名词所有格;人称代词和形容词性物主代词;一般现在时、现在进行时、一般过去时和一般将来时等;表示时间、地点和位置的常用介词;简单句的基本形式。
②在实际运用中体会以上语法项目的表意功能。
(4)功能:理解和运用有关下列功能的语言表达形式:问候、介绍、告别、请求、邀请、致谢、道歉、情感、喜好、建议、祝愿等。
(5)话题:理解和运用有关下列话题的语言表达形式:个人情况、家庭与朋友、身体与健康、学校与日常生活、文体活动、节假日、饮食、服装、季节与天气、颜色、动物等。

三、课程教学的基本要求(一)理论教学基本要求“小学英语课程与教学论”是一门实践性很强的课程,教学中要求以培养学生的教学实际能力为主,但也不忽视对英语教学相关理论和方法的学习和理解。
通过本课程的学习,一方面引发学生对小学外语教育的意义、价值、目的、特点和方法等问题的理论思考,另一方面,通过大量的教学技能和技巧的培训,培养学生的实际从教能力和语言运用水平,力求使小学英语教师的专业化教育做到起点高、专业性强,既重理论,也重实践,着眼于小学英语教师的终身学习和可持续发展能力的培养。

二、教学要求小学从一年级开始开设英语课,共计六年。
小学一、二年级5小课时/周×70周=175课时小学三、四年级4课时/周×70周=280课时小学五、六年级4课时/周×70周=280课时(注:每小课时220分钟;每课时=40分钟)小学教学分为三个阶段:(1)语音、语调输入阶段(一、二年级):听说为主。
(2)语音、语调输入和拼写阶段(三、四年级):继续听说,认读、拼写跟上。
(3)语音、语调输入和读写并行阶段(五、六年级):听、说、读、写全面训练。
小学英语通过六年的教学应达到以下要求:一、二年级(1)在课堂上,借助实物、图片、教师的动作与表情,能对教师用英语提出的要求作出基本正确的反应。
(2)能够听懂,并能根据实物、图片、动作等,用正确的语音语调说出所学单词400个左右。
(3)能够背诵所学的儿歌,会唱所学的英文歌曲。
(4)能够掌握最基本的日常交际用语(如Hello./Hi.Good morning./How are you?等)。
