胸腺实质中的胸腺上皮细胞是胸腺微环境最重要的组分,分泌多种肽类激素,促进胸腺细胞增殖、分化和发育,目前已确定的哺乳动物胸腺激素有4种,即胸腺素(thymosins)、胸腺生成素(thymopoietin)、胸腺肽(thymulin)和胸腺体液因子(thymic humoral factor)[1]。
1972年,从小牛胸腺提取出的胸腺组分5(TF5)[2]是一类对热稳定的肽类物质,相对分子质量(M r)为1 000~15 000,由10种主要肽类及至少30种次要肽类组成,呈现广泛的生物学活性,如引发T细胞分化、增强动物及人免疫功能;提升促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH);释放β-内皮素及糖皮质激素;刺激单核细胞对转移因子(MIF)、人T细胞生长因子(TCGF)、白介素2(IL-2)、α干扰素、γ干扰素及其他淋巴因子生成等。
按照TF5在pH 3.5~9.5范围内的等电聚焦凝胶电泳结果对各组成成分命名,其中pI(等电点)<5.0的部分为α 族,5.0<pI<7.0的部分为β 族,pI>7.0的部分为γ 族,分别以α1,α2,…,β1,β2,…,γ1,γ2,…等依次命名。

Check that the stroller is completely open before continuing.Assemble Front WheelAssemble front wheel to front leg. Check that the front wheel is securely attached by pulling on wheel assembly. 3T o disassemble front wheel, detach front wheel from front leg 4- 2 while pressing the release tabs outwards. 4- 1Assemble Rear WheelsAlign the axle of the rear wheel with the rear wheel mount, and then insert to assemble the rear wheel 5. Check that wheels are securely attached by pulling on wheel assemblies.T o disassemble rear wheel, detach rear wheel from rear wheel mount 6- 2 while pressing the release button. 6- 1Assemble ArmbarAlign the armbar end slider with matching fixing slot, and then insert to lock. 7T o disassemble armbar, press armbar release button 8 - 1, and then pull up the armbar. 8- 2The completely assembled stroller is shown as 9Stroller OperationAdjust BackrestRecline BackrestPull the backrest backwards, while pressing the button in the center of the angle adjuster. 10Raise BackrestPush the backrest forwards, while pulling the webbing at the end of the angle adjuster. 11!Make sure the recline is set properly for e BuckleRelease BucklePress the center button to release the buckle. 12Lock BuckleMatch the waist belt buckle with the shoulder buckle 13- 1, and click into the center buckle. 13- 2A “click” sound means the buckle is locked completely. 13- 3!To avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out, always secure your child with harness.!Make sure your child is snugly secured. The space between the child and the shoulder harness is about the thickness of one hand.!Do not cross the shoulder belts. This will cause pressure on child’s neck. Use Shoulder & Waist Harnesses!In order to protect your child from falling out, after your child is placed into the seat, check whether the shoulder and waist harnesses are at proper height and length.14- 1 Shoulder harness anchor A14- 2 Shoulder harness anchor B14- 3 Slide adjusterFor larger child, use shoulder harness anchor A and the highest shoulder slots. For smaller child, use shoulder harness anchor B and the lowest shoulder slots.To adjust the position of the shoulder harness anchor, turn the anchor to be level with the side facing forward. Thread it through the shoulder harness slot from back to front. 15Rethread it through the slot that is closest to child's shoulder height. 16 Use slide adjuster to change the harness length. 17- 1Press the button 17- 2, while pulling the waist harness to proper length. 17- 3Adjust Calf SupportThe calf support has 2 positions.Raise Calf SupportTo raise the calf support, just push it upwards. A "click" sound means the calf is locked completely.Lower Calf SupportPress the adjustment buttons on both sides of the calf support 18- 1, and rotate the calf support downwards. 18- 2Use Front Swivel LockPush down the front swivel locks to maintain the moving direction. 19 It is recommended to use swivel locks on uneven surfaces.Use BrakeTo lock wheels, step the brake lever downwards. 20To release wheels, just lift the brake lever upwards. 21Always apply brake when stroller is in stopped position.Use HoodThe hood can be opened or folded, pull it toward front or back.The hood can be opened completely to protect your child from the sun uttermostly, just unzip the hook 22-1, and then pull the hood toward front. There is a window on the hood, through which you can view your baby. Roll up the backward panel and stick the hook and loop fastener, then you can view your baby. 22-2Use T ether StrapUse the tether strap to prevent the stroller inadvertently rolling away.If you cannot easily control the stroller move the tether to a different position.1. To disassemble tether strap. Select a position high up on the handle and wrap the tether strap around the handle and thread the larger loopthrough the smaller loop, pull tight. 232. Check that when your hand is through the loop, the position selected allows you to easily control the stroller.Fold Stroller! Please fold the hood before folding the stroller.Pull the folding webbing upward, the frame will automatically fold backward. 25-1The storage latch will automatically hook onto the storage mount, then the stroller is folded and locked completely. 25-2Use AccessoriesAccessories may be sold separately or may not be available depending on e FootmuffThe soft footmuff can provide your child with a warm and comfortable environment.Assemble the footmuff by following these steps.1. Place the footmuff over the seat after unziping it, thread the shoulder harnesses, waist harnesses and crotch harness through respectiveslots. 272. Thread loop fastener on the top of the footmuff through the backrest, and then stick it to the hook fastener.283. Place baby into the footmuff, lock the safety buckle, and then rezip the footmuff.The assembled footmuff is shown as29Use Rain CoverTo assemble the rain cover, place it over the stroller, and then attach the 8 pairs of hook and loop fasteners on the rain cover. 30! Before using the rain cover, please make sure the backrest has beenadjusted to the lowest position and the infant child restraint has been fastened.! 操作者只需将搅拌桨叶进入被测样品到规定的深度,即可从本仪器上直接读取该样品的KU值或与之相关的负荷值,操作简单方便,数据稳定,重复性好。

To unlock the vehicle kit, turn the key counterclockwise. Removing the RadioTo remove the radio from the vehicle kit:n Push the release button (8) down.n Remove the radio from the radio cavity (2).Charging the BatteryOnce the radio is inserted into the radio cavity, the charger status LED indicator will glow amber for three seconds, then red. When the LED glows green, the battery is charged to a minimum of 70 percent capacity. If the battery is too hot or too cold, the LED will glow amber until the battery temperature is within the safe range for recharging (0ºC to 50ºC). If the indicator remains amber, consider turning on your air condition-ing. Optimum battery charging performance will be obtained between 15ºC and 25ºC.Charge times when the radio is turned off are:n up to 1 1/2 hours for the 1100 mAh NiCd battery; andn up to 2 hours for the 1500 mAh NiCd battery.Do not charge NiMH batteries using the vehicle kit.
