（4）主动参与强调患者主动参与康复训练。
只有主动参与，才能获得最佳的治疗效果。
运动功能不可能通过被动治疗而得到最大限度的恢复。
（5）全面锻炼人体的功能障碍是多器官、多组织、多系统功能障碍的综合，康复的目标应包括心理、职业、教育、娱乐等多方面，最终目标是重返社会。
因此康复治疗应该全面审视，全面锻炼。
