It automatically selects the switch-on time of the first heating period and theswitch-off time of the last heating period to generate and display a complete heatingperiod. The comfort temperature used by the controller is the currently stored standardsetpoint of the continuous operating mode . The self-generated 24-hour operatingmode is maintained until another operating mode is selected.Automatically generated Current 24-hour switching program24-hour operating modeTemperature set-pointsProtective function24-hour operating modeExample4/105/10The switching program is used as the 24-hour program. It is also possible to select oneof the continuous operating modeswith which the switching program is not used.When a heating period is programmed, 2 different switching patterns are available.It is possible to select one or 2 heating periods.For each heating period, the start time, end time and comfort temperature setpoint are to be entered. In between heating periods, it is always the same economy temperature setpoint that is used. This economy temperature setpoint can be adjusted on the tem-perature menu.2261Z 0416°C1820221st 2nd Setpoint limitation and self-learning PID modeHeating engineer level To access the heating engineer level, keep the warmer and colder buttons depressed and simultaneously roll the roller selector away from the display and then toward the display.If the displayed temperature does not correspond to the effective room temperature, the temperature sensor can be recalibrated (recalibration to be made on the heating engi-neer level).The displayed temperature can be matched to the effective room temperature in incre-ments of 0.2 °C (max. ±2 °C).Minimum setpoint limitation of 16 °C prevents undesired heat transfer to neighboring apartments in buildings with several heating zones.Switching program Example with 2 heating periods per dayFactory settingsFactory settings heating engineer AccessingSensor calibrationCALLimitation of setpoint6/10The REV12 is a 2-position controller providing PID mode. The room temperature is controlled through the cyclic switching of an actuating device.The controller generates the positioning signals depending on the deviation of the set-point from the actual value acquired by the built-in temperature sensor.The rate of response to the deviation depends on the selected control algorithm.The controller is supplied with an active self-learning operating mode, enabling it to automatically adapt to the controlled system (type of building construction, type of ra-diators, size of the rooms, etc.). After a certain learning period, the controller optimizes its parameters and then operates with the learned parameters.In exceptional cases, in which the self-learning mode may not be ideal, it is possible to select PID 12, PID 6 or 2-Pt mode:PID 12 modeSwitching cycle of 12 minutes for normal or slow controlled systems (massive building structures, large spaces, cast-iron radiators, oil burners).PID 6 mode Switching cycle of 6 minutes for fast controlled systems (light building structures, small spaces, plate radiators or convectors, gas burners).2-Pt modePure 2-position control with a switching differential of 0.5 °C (±0.25 °C)for very difficult controlled systems with considerable outdoor tem-perature variations.User-defined data:Press the button behind the pin opening for at least one second: this resets the user-specific settings to their default values (the heating engineer settings will not bechanged). The clock starts at 12:00. During the reset time, all sections of the display light up, enabling them to be checked.All user-defined data plus the heating engineer settings:Press the button behind the pin opening together with the warmer and colder buttons for at least one second.After this reset, all factory settings will be reloaded (also refer to section “Factory set-tings“).Mechanical designon the display, but all functions will be fully maintained. When changing the batteries,the current data will be retained for a maximum of one minute.The REV12 has a plastic housing with a large display and easily accessible operating elements. The controller is removed from its base by sliding it upward. It is thus possi-ble to replace the two 1.5 V alkaline batteries type AAA in the compartment at the rear of the controller.The base can be fitted to most types of commercially available recessed conduit boxes or directly on the wall for wiring. The base only houses the terminals for the electrical connection between the controller and the connected devices. Check operation of the TS-41-3TWILIGHT SWITCH and, if necessary, correct the setting in real conditions (in the evening and in the morning). It should be remembered that the optimal setting of the activation threshold affects the costs of the electricity used. The most advantageous, from the point of view of energy efficiency, is to install the SENSOR on the east or south-east side, due to the early switching off of the receiver at dawn, which reduces the costs of electricity used and contributes to environmental protection.In order to limit the impact of temporary large changes in lighting, e.g. car lamps, a lightning flash, etc. on the operation of the TWILIGHT SWITCH, a delay of approx. 60 seconds has been applied.The TWILIGHT SWITCH TS-41-3 uses a proportional hysteresis so that the SWITCH does not switch along with the changing lighting on cloudy days. When setting low illuminance values ??(less than 100 lux), remember that On a sunny day, covering the sensor with your bare hand may not be sufficient. Then the SENSOR should be covered more effectively.Principle diagrams operation of the TS-41-3 TWILIGHT SWITCH is shown in Fig. 3.NOTE: Avoid mounting the SENSOR directly in the light beam of the lamp, because lighting with the SENSOR lamp may interfere with operation - the lamp will turn on and off periodically from evening until morning.Fig 1. 930.10.03 E 04/08F eaturesThe SKM gripping force meters are electronic / mechanical units in compact design. This devices are ready for stationary testing of 2 - 6 jaw chucks. They are equipped with high precision force pick-up heads.The electronics (C-MOS technology) is housed in an ergonomically designed aluminium casing. A microprocessor and program routine ensure the testing operation consistently with highest accuracy.T he SKM 1200 and SKM 1500 includemany advanced features, such as:•advanced technology •lightweight, easy handling •sophisticated software •consistently high accuracy •robust design •service-free operation •applicable for mobile use •carry-case with accessoriesS K M 1200 / S K M 1500 - E l e c t r o n930.10.03 E 04/08F unctionFORKARDT SKM devices contain a force receptor and processor-driven electronics with sophisticated software. The various functions are suitable for every day measuring and checking gripping forces of chucks.The meters' microprocessor multiplies the level of jaw power by the previously selected number of jaws to give the total jaw force of the chuck. The results displayed by the device give you the safety to decide whether the workpiece can safely be gripped.Previous settings remain stored in the meter when it is switched off. Upon switching it back on measuring operations can be started immediately. Rechargeable power cells in the meter and a main adapter allow problem-free and mobile use.The ergonomic casing is made from aluminium. Its robust construction ensures usage even under rough production conditions in modern machining.U sageThe utilisation of modern CNC lathes and new cutting tool materials allows for ever increasing cutting speeds, thus considerably improving machine efficiency and productivity. High pre-cision and quality chucking equipment from FORKARDT provide the gripping forces neces-sary to transmit the power to the workpiece,maximising accuracy and high speeds offered by the machine.To ensure safety when machining, the European Norm EN 1550 clearly states that the operation of chucks should be regularly checked by measuring the static gripping forces. Utilizing FORKARDT SKM gripping force meters can satisfy this requirement.T he SKM 1200 and SKM 1500 grippingforce meters can be used to:•check the safety of the chucking operation for high cutting speeds and feeds•focus and optimise the use of the workhol-ding fixture•measure the gripping force of the chuck relative to the number of jaws without moving the jaws out of alignment•determine the chuck factor (i.e. the ratio of gripping force to axial force or adjusted pressure)•monitor lubrication of the chuck•determine lubrication intervals for safe chucking•provide information regarding preventative chuck servicing•save energy, reduce stress, wear and tear on the chuck and minimise distortion of the workpiece through focused interpretation of dynamic gripping force (Fsp0)The FORKARDT SKM meters are solely for testing stationary gripping forces at idle chucks. Furthermore, the measured levels of gripping forces should always be compared to the values quoted in the relevant chuck opera-tors manual. By this, the expected loss of grip-ping force can be determined, especially when operating chucks at highest rotational speeds.T echnical DetailsThe SKM 1200 and SKM 1500 gripping force meters meet the EMV regulation 89/336/EWG and are marked with the CE-sign to indicate conformity with the relevant European safety standards.The gripping force meter automatically carries out an adjustment of the zero-point when it is switched on. If the zero-point has been displa-ced by more than 20% of the maximum mea-suring range value the display flashes. This indicates previous mechanical overloading of the gripping force meter and lasting distortion of the measuring bolt. In this case, the meter should be returned to FORKARDT for testing and maintenance.A second set of tension and compression bolts is required for testing 6-jaw chucks.

·反复按下键DOWN arrow ,导航到COMMUNICATION(菜单项5)。
= 15.5 m /180 min. = 0.09 米/分钟。
