Foreign Trade Purchase Contract Template。
This Foreign Trade Purchase Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into as of
[Date], by and between [Buyer Name], with its principal place of business at [Buyer
Address] ("Buyer"), and [Seller Name], with its principal place of business at [Seller
Address] ("Seller").
1. Product Description。
Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase the following products:

2. Delivery Terms。
The products shall be delivered to the following location: [Delivery Address]. The

6. Force Majeure。
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under
this Contract if such delay or failure is caused by a force majeure event, including but not
limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and government actions.
7. Governing Law。
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[Governing Law Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this
Contract shall be resolved through arbitration in [Arbitration Jurisdiction].
8. Entire Agreement。
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the
purchase and sale of the products and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,
whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
