少数民族文化演讲稿

中国历史上杰出的政治家李世民说过：以钢为镜，可以正衣冠；以古为镜，可以知兴衰。英国大诗人拜伦也说过：最好的预言家是过去。那么，知其现在，探索未来，让我们追溯一下民族文化、语言、文字的历史吧！

上古时期，在埃及、中国、巴比伦、印度、波斯，农业首先得到发展。冶炼技术，使人类从青铜时代进入铁器时代。雅典奴隶制的建立，使古希腊创造了光辉的科学文化，古罗马，以武力征服了希腊，建立了横跨三大洲的帝国。中国高举文明的火炬进入封建社会。

人类在地球上产生后，什么年代开始出现文化与文化维系的人们共同体？从构建文化的生物性前提着眼，生存于晚更新世（距今四万至一万年前）的智人，与现代人在智慧上已无质的差别了，即作为构建文化的思维能力行为意识能力，在四万年前已经完全具备了。当代生物学家的研究证明，人类在掌握最复杂的现代科学时，仅仅动用人脑全部智力中的一小部份，也就是说人类智能具有巨大的潜在可利用范围。因此我们有理由认为比智人更早的尼安得塔人（生存于二十万年至四万年前）和早期智人（生存于七十万至二十万年前），他们的智力虽低于现代人，但是在较大程度上动用其有限智能时，创造出文化也是有可能性；加上早期文化适应面小，专用性高，所需智能数量上亦相应较小这一情况，在早期智人时代已有文化产生，并有文化维系的人们共同体产生，这是十分可能的事情。

我们明白了文化的产生这一点，读者在本文将处处碰到文化一词，但是却不能将它与日常生活中所说的文化相混淆。

文化这个概念的涵盖面极为广泛，内涵极为丰富。对它的解释和定义有以下几个方面。

民族学界经过一个多世纪的探索与修订，目前倾向于用下述定义去阐明民族学所讨论的文化，即文化是人类为维系各个具体的社会集团（这里指民族）的生存与发展，经由该集团所有成员在其世代延续中以渐次积累和约定俗成的方式建立起来，并由后天习得而加以延续与丰富的一个相对稳定而又独立完整的规范总和。
