二、操作人员的职责操作者严格按照手册的相关规定负责设备的操作，熟记操作方式，避免由于误操作而造成事故。
操作者和设备附近从事任何工作的人员必须是经过培训的熟练工人。
如发生会影响安全的任何故障，应立即停止设备的工作。
设备停止工作、检修及交班时，必须将截割头降至地面或其下面放置垫块。
操作人员必须熟悉火灾报警系统和灭火器具。
在启动设备之前，操作人员应确认以下事项：1.所有日常检查和维护项目都已完成。
2.所有的开关（1）处在关闭位置，操作手柄（2）置于中间位置，确定所有的急停按钮（3）未被按下3.所有与作业无关人员都已离开危险区域。
4.操作人员因故要离开操作台时，必须完成以下操作：操作手柄放置中间位置，电源开关移至关闭位置；按下急停按钮以防止因误碰操作手柄及开关而突然启动设备；设备停止工作、检修及交班时，必须将截割头降至地面或其下面放置垫块，电控箱断路器手柄移至断开位置。
三、全体作业人员的职责如果有任何可能引起设备非正常操作或者存在潜在危险的异常现象，均应及时的汇报给主管，如有可能应及时纠正异常情况。
