4. 报送2014年11月21日前，各学院根据教务管理系统上报名人数与收费登记核准，核准后送审，经外国语学院审批后，确认报名人数。
5. 上报各学院送审后，数据不能再更改，外国语学院根据确定后的报名人数上报省英语竞赛组委会。
四、竞赛题型初赛和决赛均为全国统一命题，采用书面方式进行。
