1 概述General建成一座250m3高炉及相应的辅助设施,生产规模为25万吨炼钢铁水,同时建设相配套的铸铁机、喷煤站、高炉煤气发电等设施。

The scope of design includes a 300 m3 BF and auxiliary facilities matching pig casting machine, PCI station and power plant running BF gas etc. The production capability of hot metal is 0.28mtpa.2 设计依据Design basis2.2工程技术资料要求。

Iron-making system include ore bunker, screen and supply equipment under bunker, skip car, skip hoist, furnace top charging equipment, BF proper, tuyere platform and cast house, hot blast stove, gravity dedusting ,gas cleaning system, slag granulation system, pig casting machine ,blower station cast house and ore bunker de-dusting etc.4.1 矿槽及槽下筛分供料系统Ore bunker, screen and supply equipment under bunker矿槽布置为单排布置,共设有10 个矿槽,其中2 个焦炭槽、4 个烧结矿槽、2 个球团矿(块矿)槽、一个熔剂槽和一个杂矿槽。

采用分散筛分、称量工艺。

Ore bunker adopt Single-line arrangement ,there are 10 ore bunkers in total(2coke bunkers,4sinter ore bunkers 2 pellet (lump ore)bunkers,1 flux bunker,1 mixed ore bunker ).Separated screening and weighing process is adopted.4.2 料车及卷扬Skip car and hoist采用双料车斜桥上料,共用一套卷扬,料车有效容积为2.5m3,卷扬能力6t,交流变频传动,电机功率100kW。

The charging system uses double skip car for charging through skip bridge with one set of hoist. The effective volume of skip car is 2.5m3,hoist’s capacity is 6t,AC frequency conversion drive, the motor power is 132kW. 4.3 炉顶装料设备Furnace top charging system采用串罐无料钟炉顶,固定受料斗有效容积10m3,设计炉顶压力0.08~0.12MPa,正常炉顶温度150~300℃,炉顶均压系统一次均压采用煤气,二次均压采用N2,均压阀采用液压驱动(与槽下合用液压站)。

Bell-less top with serial hopper is adopted. Effective capacity of the receiving hopper is 10m3 furnace top pressure is 0.08~0.12MPa,the normal furnace top temperature 150~300℃,the equalizing pressure system of furnace top uses gas for the first pressure equalization and uses nitrogen for the second pressure equalization, equalizing pressure valve is hydraulic pressure driven(sharing the same hydraulic pressure station under bunker)4.4 高炉本体BF proper高炉容积为250m3,设12 个风口、1 个铁口,1个渣口。

高炉采用自立式框架结构。

高炉炉底及炉缸采用半石墨质炭砖、陶瓷杯综合砌筑,炉腹、炉腰和炉身中下部采用高铝砖、炉身上部用致密粘土砖砌筑。

炉底、炉缸区域采用光面冷却壁,炉腹、炉腰和炉身中下部采用球墨铸铁冷却壁。

BF volume of the BF is 300m3, including 12 tyueres,1 taphole,1slag notch. The structure of the furnace body is self-standing frame structure. BF hearth and bottom is laid with semi-black lead char brick and masonry as ceramic cup type. The furnace bosh, belly and the lower part of shaft is lined with intensified clay brick. The bottom and hearth adopt smooth side cooling stave, the furnace bosh, belly and the lower part of shaft adopt cooling stave made of spherical graphite cast iron.4.5 风口平台及出铁场Tuyere platform and cast house风口平台宽17m、长约15m、高6.35m;出铁场长约30m。

出铁场上设液压泥炮、液压开铁口机、铁沟、下渣沟和一台10t 单梁起重机。

Tuyere platform is 17m wide,15m long and 6.35m high; the length of cast is 30m.Hydraulic pressure gunning mud, hydraulic pressure tapping machine, slag runner, iron runner and one 10t single beam crane are equipped in cast house.4.6 热风炉系统Hot blast stoves system高炉配置三座球式热风炉,设置热管换热器利用烟气余热预热助燃空气,助燃空气集中送风,阀门采用液压传动。

每座热风炉用球200吨,单位炉容加热面积95m2/m3,热风炉设计风温1100℃。

Three internal combustion hot blast stoves are setup for BF, the heat pipe exchanger is also utilized by using excess heat of fume to preheat the combustion air. Combustion air is supplied intensively, valves is hydraulic pressure driven. Checker brick’s capacity of each hot blast stove is 187.5m3,heat storage area of unit BF volume is 95m2/m3,the air temperature of hot blast stove is designed at 1100℃.4.7 炉渣处理设施Slag granulation system渣处理采用底滤的方式,该设施由冲渣水沟、冲渣水池、冲渣水泵房等组成。
