一、什么样的人需要安乐死呢?医学上无法救治的人,怎样证明无法救治?谁来证明呢?那一级的医疗机构才能证明呢?以目前的医疗水平还很难达到,现在世界上也只有荷兰立法通过'安乐死'但依然有很大争议,很多病人现在在部分医生眼里,是不治之症,但医学会有奇迹发生,而且生命也会发生奇迹,如果病人被安乐死了, 医生可能真的变成杀手了?病人就真的成了冤死鬼了,如果医生医德缺失,安乐死,就会成为医生借口.而病人家属如果对病人没有爱心,产生厌烦心里,安乐死就会成为抛弃病人的借口
二、反方观点：不支持安乐死
各位来宾，大家好！
诚然，生命不是为了死亡的终结而存在。每个人都只有一次的生命，即便这一次生命多么坎坷，多么不平，它还是发生了。人，活在世上，生命的无常无时不在发生着，没有人知道下一秒钟我们会怎样，明天睁开眼睛世界是怎样。我们的人生这样无常地发生着，其实，说到底，也不过就是遵照生命运转的自然规律，由始至终而已。安乐死，是一种为他人选择死亡的方式。这样不人道的做法，本身就已经违背了自然运转的规律。我方观点认为：安乐死是一种不尊重生命的方式。
首先，我们不得不承认，安乐死在一定程度上减少了患者的病痛，使得患者得以早升极乐。但是，我们却更清醒地看到，在这种貌似“安乐”的背后，却是在世者深深地受到伤害的心。想想那些躺在病床上的人，不是别人，不是与我们毫无关系的人，而是那些与我们息息相关，与我们有深厚感情牵绊的最最亲爱的人啊。我们难道就真的看见他们那样“安乐”地死去而感到放下胸口的一块大石了吗？难道就只有为他们选择死亡，才是我们这些最亲密的人应该选择的吗？如果说患者选择安乐死是为了让自己得以减轻痛苦，那么，相对于那些还生存着的人来说，他们为自己最亲的人选择了死亡，他们的心情到底是一种怎样的伤痛啊！况且，我们的刑法中也明确规定了，如果他人想结束生命，医护人员及家属协助满足其要求，这是一种“帮助自杀”的行为，涉嫌故意杀人罪。如果人人都这样子继续进行所谓的“安乐死”的话，那岂不是要多了多少“故意杀人罪”啊。更甚者，如果有人打着“安乐死”的幌子，大举手中杀人的屠刀，我们要如何去判断，我们要如何去保护那些患者？
确实，生存是人的最基本的权利。正是如此，我们才更要去捍卫这种权利。而不是去进行所谓“安乐死”地剥夺。人的存在，本身就是一个有着无限可能的过程，谁可以保证天气预报百分之一百的准确性，谁可以保证生命的终结过程百分之一百的准确呢？没有。除了我们知道人最终会死亡以外，我们对于生命的其他偶然都只是猜测和依据。或许有时候呈现出某些合理性和先进性，却也改变不了生命无常的规律。
再者，我方认为，尽最大的努力去挽救每一个需要挽救的人，不是价值衡量所能理解的范围。
相对于生命，没有任何事物可以与其相互衡量。没有了生命，何来其他各种存在。的确，我们的国家还是处于发展中国家的地位，我们各方面都不太完善，有待改进。我们的国民生产也不是发达国家所能理解。我们有大多数的农村人口，我们有大多数的贫困家庭。当一个面临风吹雨打的家庭遭遇如此巨大的打击，他们受到最大伤害的不是物质上的损害，而是精神上的伤痛啊。看着自己的亲人那样痛苦地躺在病床上，他们有一些人甚至都愿意用自己的躯体去承受那种苦痛。这种感情是多么诚挚，多么动人。然而，这种真挚的事物难道就一定要用“减少社会负担”、“节约资源分配”却衡量吗？正方辩友也说了，我们是人，我们不能眼睁睁看着自己的亲人受苦。那么，难道我们就可以眼睁睁看着用这些“减少”和“节约”的字眼来和我们对于亲人的情怀套上边吗？这样的坚强拉扯，不是更没有人情味，更不公平吗？
人，活在世上，已经是一件了不起的事情了。正所谓“死生亦大矣”，这样的大事，怎么可以叫“安乐死”随便夺走呢？珍惜生命，就是对于人生最好的回报！
所以我方认为：安乐死是一种不尊重生命的方式。
三、反对安乐死的主要理由是，生命不仅仅属于自己，个人无权安排自己的生命状态，人为地结束生命是反自然的行为。而且，轻易放弃对不治之症的尽力救治将有碍于医学的发展，因为医学就是在与各种绝症、顽症的斗争中进步和发展的。另外，人们更担心的是社会风险和道德滑坡。一旦医生在某种特定情况下有权用医疗干预手段致人死亡，那么如何保证这种权力不被滥用呢，这某种特定情况的界定会不会被扩大？尤其在全民的医疗保险制度和法制还不健全的社会，这种风险就可能更大。
