教学目标明确，步骤清晰，层次分明，学习效果较好。

通过课堂和课后的反馈，我了解到大部分学生可以掌握本节课的语言知识点，这至教学效果主要来源于：1、单词学习环节：本节课是8个词组，四年级第一次学习长的词组，这在设计上预计到了这一难度，在学习过程中，通过歌曲、游戏引入，以旧带新，让学生以学过的单词的字母组合中找到规律，快速的学会单词，并通过猜测游戏引出新单词，这样学生易于理解和接受。

2、句型学习环节：本课句型是耳熟能详的句子，本课设计主要是通过图片进行对话，从始至终都贯穿了本课的.目标句型，不过考虑到说Arethey...?这一句型较少，所以本课从复习环节引入，从猜测图片，看图说话入手，引出本课Target句型，让学生一开始就灌输正确的肯定回答与否定回答，从而达到运用的目的，借助图片进行对话，并设练习，让学生初步运用本课句型，要求学生先说再写，由易到难，以达到运用本课知识点的目的。

3、复习巩固环节：在学习和巩固单词和句型的基础上，把词和句融入设置的情境中，通过观察图片，让学生在情境中进行理解与对话，以便更好地掌握单词和句型，达到运用对话的目的。

在以上三个教学环节的有机结合，能让学生在听、说、读、写的训练中感知语言、理解语言和运用语言，有效地锻炼运用英语的思维能力。

同时，课堂上的板书的设计清晰明了，突出本课的重点句型，始终对学生起着指导作用。

但课堂的调控上，还有一些不尽人意的地方，尤其是在后面的学生活动环节，教师的说明与示范还欠清晰。

在作业布置上还有待思考和改进。
