My Upcoming Weekend Plans

This weekend is going to be so much fun! I can't wait for

Friday afternoon when the final bell rings and school is out for a

couple of days. I'm going to race out of the classroom, grab my

backpack from my locker, and head straight home. As soon as I

walk through the front door, I'll toss my backpack in the corner

and change out of my school clothes into something much more

comfortable.

After a quick snack, I'm planning to spend Friday evening

relaxing at home. Maybe I'll play some video games for a little

while, or watch a movie or show that my parents let me stream. I

might even video chat with a few of my friends to make plans for

getting together over the weekend. We're all going to be so

excited that we don't have school for two whole days!

I'm really excited about my weekend plan! On Saturday

morning, I'm going to hit the park with my friends. We're

gonna play soccer and have a blast running around. After

that, we might grab some ice cream from the shop nearby –

reading. I've got a new adventure book that I can't put

down. It's about a kid who finds a secret treasure map. I

can't wait to see what happens next!

On Sunday, my family and I are going for a hike in the

woods. We always pack a picnic lunch and find a nice spot

to eat under the trees. It's so peaceful there, and the

fresh air is amazing. After that, we might go fishing at

the nearby lake. I hope I can catch a big one this time!
