Hello everyone! I am an ordinary medical worker from XX

Hospital. Today, I am honored to share some insights and

experiences about the co-construction of hospitals with you all.

Hospital co-construction refers to the joint cooperation,

participation, and investment of hospitals and all sectors of society, pooling resources and wisdom, and striving together to achieve the

sustainable development of hospitals and the goal of providing

better medical services to society. Hospital co-construction is not

only a new model for hospital development, but also a new idea for

social co-construction and sharing.

Firstly, hospital co-construction is of great significance. With the

growing demand for medical care in China, the supply of hospital

elements is gradually unable to keep up with the demand, bringing

difficulties and inconvenience to patients seeking medical

treatment. Through hospital co-construction, social capital and

resources can be introduced to increase the supply of medical

services and improve patients' medical experience. At the same

time, hospital co-construction can also promote the modernization

of hospital management, forming complementary advantages

through the sharing of social resources, and improving the

management level and quality of medical services.

Secondly, a reasonable cooperation model is needed for hospital
