中职生厌学的原因何在,减少和改进中职学生厌学有哪些对策,本文试图回答这个问题。

从查阅到的文献来看,中职学生厌学的原因,一般都从社会、学校、家庭、自身等方面去进行分析、概括。

改变中职学生厌学的对策也从社会、学校、家庭上述进行相应的阐述。

学生厌学产生于学校,本文的研究的着力点在学校教育,作为教育者从学校教育自身分析原因。

本研究以东阳技校的学生为调查研究对象,以课程设置、教师教育教学、学校管理为基点,调查、观察、个别谈话、个案分析等方法研究学生厌学的历史(九年义务教育)原因和现实(中职教育)原因。

本研究发现,学生厌学与学校教育高度相关,中职学生厌学在初中段已经较大规模开始,主要原因是在初中时学生在英语、数学、科学等课程遇到难度,成绩开始落后,教师缺乏对暂时落后生的关注和帮助,课业负担较重。

到中职后课业负担减轻,课程设置不合理,实践操作课程偏少,对学生没有吸引力,教师教学教育、学校管理还不能适应中职学生的特点,中职厌学学生集中,而且规模又有所扩大。

探究东阳区域的学校教育,为减少学生厌学的产生,对义务教育提出了要通过教师落实“轻负优质”教育战略实现。

对中职教育就课程设置、教师教育教学、学校管理三方面提出了对策。

在课程设置上以“够用,学得会,用得上”为原则,设置核心课程体系,让学生有选择,合理分配各课程的教学时间。

教学上,因材施教,分层教学,科学评价,以教学项目为中心开展尝试教学,增加实训教学的吸引力,让学生重拾学习的兴趣。

教育上以生涯规划设计为中心增强学习的责任感,增加学习的动力。

学校管理方面,继续抓好行为规范的教育,为有序开展教育教学提供保障。

开展各种有益的活动,吸引学生的注意力,使学生乐于在活动中花精力,使学生形成特长。

抓好教师队伍建设,创建学习型的教师队伍。

大力开展心理健康教育,给厌学学生予以充分心理方面的关怀。

做好硬件建设,为开展教学创设条件。

让中职学生“愿学、肯学、学得会”,有效扼制中职学生厌学。

关键词:中职生;厌学;课程设置;教师教育教学;学校管理AbstractSecondary vocational school students tired of study is a common problem troubles secondary vocational school and teachers. It affects the students’ further development, thereby affecting the family harmony, social development. What is the reason of Secondary vocational school students' School-weariness of study? How to reduce and improve vocational school students’ weariness of study? Where the countermeasures. This paper is attempts to answer these entire questions.From access to the literature point of view, the reasons of School-weariness, generally from society, school, family, the respect such as oneself to analyze and generalize. So the countermeasures to change the secondary vocational student s’ tired of study should from society, school and family corresponding this paper. The reason why the students tired of study is from school. This paper studies the key point of the school education. As a educator everyone should find the answers from the school itself.This research take the Dongyang technical school students as the object of study, to the curriculum, teacher education, school management as the basic point, investigation, observation, interview, case analysis and other methods of students of history ( nine years of compulsory education ) and reality ( secondary education ) causes. The findings of the study show that students and school education are highly correlated, secondary vocational students in junior high school has been a larger scale, main reason is when the junior middle school schoolwork burden is heavier, teachers lack of temporarily backward students attention and help, students find English, mathematics, science and other courses to learn. To the later academic burden, the curriculum is too difficult, practice course for students not less, attractive, teacher education, school management can not adapt to the vocational students' characteristics, the weariness of students centered, and the scale is expanded again.Research of Dongyang regional school education, in order to reduce the generation of student, the compulsory education raised through teachers carry out" negative light quality" education strategy implementation.On the vocational education curriculum setting, teaching, school management three aspects proposed the countermeasure. The courses offered in the "enough, learn, use on" for the principle, set up core curriculum system, let the students have a choice, reasonable distribution of the various teaching time. Teaching, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, layered teaching, scientific evaluation, teaching project for the centerfor experimental teaching, increase teaching attraction, let students regain their interest in learning. Education on career planning design as the center of learning enhances the sense of responsibility, increase the motivation of learning. The management of the school, continue to catch good behavior standardized education, in order to provide protection for education and teaching. To carry out a variety of beneficial activities, to attract the attention of students, make students enjoy the activities in the effort, make students form the specialty. Do a good job of teachers, learning teachers. Vigorously carry out psychological health education, to the weariness of students be fully psychosocial aspects of care. Do the hardware construction, creating conditions for carrying out teaching.
