我国高职学院与美国社区学院教学运行机制的差异[摘要]笔者在美国社区学院学习期间，始终以汽车运用技术专业、计算机应用技术专业人才培养方案实施为切入点，比较两国同类学院在人才培养模式多元化格局下的教学运行机制，并以此探究高职院校专业规模、多元教学效能与教学环境和资源、教学时间等之间产生冲突时的解决方式、方法或途径。

[关键词]美国社区学院教学运行机制在高职教育研究领域，研究者多年来从理论上着力研究我国高等职业教育可持续发展的基本运作框架，构建了“校企合作、订单培养”“秋去春回、工学交替”等多种人才培养模式，开发和实施了基于工作过程系统化的课程体系和模块化、学习包等课程，积极探索从理论到实践的转化方法。

但由于国情、校情、行业企业等资源条件不同，使得许多院校在专业规模与教学资源不相适应时、同一专业及专业群多个平行教学班级同时实施工学结合专业人才培养方案时，遇到了许多不可避免的矛盾和冲突，新设计的专业人才培养方案在教学运行中进入了部分新的“死扣”。

笔者2011年11月随教育部组织的高职院校校长海外培训团赴美国社区学院进行了为期一个月的调研学习，期间多次走进蒙哥马利社区学院、北弗吉尼亚社区学院、海澜社区学院、绿河社区学院、阿拉莫社区学院。

笔者始终以汽车运用技术专业、计算机应用技术专业人才培养方案实施为切入点，比较两国同类学院在人才培养模式多元化格局下的教学运行机制，以此探究我国高职院校在专业规模、多元教学效能与教学环境和资源、教学时间等产生冲突时，从学校宏观或中观教学运行管理上，寻求一种有效的解决方式、方法或途径。

一、教学运行机制概念的界定教学运行机制包含两个要素：一是“教学”，即广义的教学活动，包括教育教学思想、课程设置、教学方式方法、教学评价等一系列人才培养环节；二是“运行机制”，指与人才培养模式有关的管理方式和手段，以及机制运行时的“套路”，包括硬件与软件两个部分。

二、比较与借鉴1.专业人才培养方案基本框架编制策略。
