本课是Unit3第一课时,主要涉及用could礼貌地请求及征求许可和问答。
教学中创设真实情景激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生分担家务的习惯。首先以听说为主,掌握课时单词,运用句型Could you please…? CouldI…?课上引导学生积极参与课堂活动,老师少讲,鼓励学生多练。
教学方法:
本节采用情景导入,利用真实语境学习could表示请求与许可的用法。本课采用多种教学手段及形式,展开课堂交际活动,在活动中学习、掌握知识。
“Mom , could I go out to play?”

由这三个问句,让学生初步感知could I …句型,并导入2a .

Step 5:学习Could ys, I have a question for you. When Peter’s mom wants Peter to take out the rubbish, what does she say?在听力文本中找出Could you please take out the rubbish?
设计意图:增强学习兴趣,通过视觉刺激短期迅速加深加强单词短语的记忆。
Step4:While-listening activities(1)
Teacher:We are all good students because we often help our parents do chores at home. Peter is also a good boy. He also helps his mom do housework.Look at pictures (看主题图,引出1b听力). Read 1b together and make sureall students understand 1b.

2.能力目标
1.让学生在交际活动中,学会如何礼貌地提出请求、征求别人许可,重在培养学生的习得语言运用能力、实践能力、合作能力及创新意识。

通过本课教学活动,教师适时对学生进行爱的教育,使他们能理解父母,帮助父母分担家务,学会与他人沟通。
Task3:learn “Could I……”
Task4: pair work PPT呈现不同的图片,模拟不同的语境,让学生在语境中巩固练习如何有礼貌的征询许可的句型。
Step7:Role play
老师通过图片,给出不同的场景。由于这些场景的设置与学生日常生活联系非常密切,很多学生都有过实际经历,且有课本听力原文作为参考,所以对学生来说不是很难,无须提前预设,学生应该能够当堂完成。设计意图:通过短剧表演,使教学由浅入深,逐层深入,完成知识的拓展和迁移。同时通过创设情景、实际交际,完成英语的交际性任务,体现英语的交际功能,使语言在实际交际中实现内化,从而达到学以致用的目的。通过短剧表演,培养学生在实际生活中运用语言的能力。Step8:Summary

接着通过两个句型对比“ Peter, Could you please take out the rubbish?” ”Peter,Take out the rubbish!”让学生思考判断Which is more polite ?引导学生理解Could you please …..?是一个礼貌、委婉的提出要求的句式。
教学过程:
Step1.Lead in
利用女儿在家做家务的真实情景导入新课。
T:After working all day at school,I’m always very tired .Luckily, I have a lovely daughter. She always helps me do chores at home. Look at the pictures.
呈现多幅图片,学习Could you please …..?并引导学生如何做肯定及否定回答。最后引导学生自己总结有礼貌的发出请求的句型。
Step 6: Pair work.
听力交际训练,培养学生的口头表达能力。
A: Could you please ......?
B: Yes, sure./All right./No problem./Of course.
态度。第二,礼貌待人。

设计意图:在听力时,首先要保证学生清楚所听内容。然后听并跟读,让学生在此过程中注意语音、语调,并模仿其发音。最后是学生互换角色朗读听力对话,进行听力口语训练,培养学生的口头表达能力。
设计意图:由日常生活导入教学内容,既能呈现新知,又让学生感觉与日常生活联系紧密。
