）那么五年级是很关键的一年，因为五年级起到了承上启下的作用，我们要在三四年级良好的基础上让小朋友继续坚持英语学习的兴趣，为将来升入六年级打下坚实的基础。
二、如何让小朋友喜欢学英语主动学英语首先，应该让小朋友明确英语学习的重要性，协助他们树立信心。
我们可以告诉他们英语是一种交际工具，是你长大以后一直要用的工具，它是一种语言，不难也不高深，只要学习方法对路，只要肯花功夫，是一定可以学好的。
其次，协助孩子建立和形成良好的英语学习习惯。
可以这么说，良好的学习习惯是英语学习胜利的一半。
什么是良好的学习习惯呢？良好的学习习惯分两局部：一是课堂习惯，二是课外习惯。
课堂良好习惯表示为：能集中注意力听，能积极大胆发言，能适时的做好必要的笔记。
集中注意力听这点我觉得很重要，很多孩子在做题和考试中遇到困难，很大的原因就是上课没有专心听课，＂适时作必要的笔记＂这一点，对成人来说是相当简单的，而对与一个十几岁的小同学来说，却有意想不到的难。
