2、铝型材表面做氟碳喷涂处理（PPG漆颜色现场确认）3、天花板由放射状的楔形板组成，2mm厚氟碳喷涂铝板。

4、华盖用金属板做防尘处理，室外作密封防雨处理；5、门翼的旋转部分两端各有一个展箱，每个可承载25公斤的展品6、程序控制：要求数字化程序控制系统。

7、驱动：同步永磁电机。

8、残疾人慢速功能：需设置残疾人按扭，旋转门可以低速平稳运转。

9、紧急停止功能：需设置急停按扭，旋转门可以立即停止运行。

10、门速自动提升及调节功能：需设置自动调节程序，满足自动调节功能。

11、自动停止定位功能：需设置自动定位程序，保证门翼的合理位置。

12、夜间闭锁功能：需设置锁门程序，电磁机械制动系统启动将门锁住功能。

13、消防停电自动转换功能：当旋转门接收到火警信号或突然停电时，平移门自动开启。

UPS电源至少可维持使用30分钟。

14、旋转和平开方式转换功能：需满足旋转和平移功能的转换。

15、防夹功能：需设置内藏式防夹感应器及对射式红外感应电眼。

16、防撞功能：需设置防撞感应器。

17、报警功能：出现紧急情况会产生蜂鸣报警提示。

两翼旋转门驱动系统和主控系统介绍两翼旋转门驱动系统和主控系统介绍一、旋转门驱动系统安装于旋转门冠内部：由交流变频减速电动机、变频器、制动器总成、传栋梁、传动轴总成、轴承等组成。

受 PLC 控制系统指挥，可实现旋转门各种运行方式；由于各关键部件均采用欧洲进口的世界知名品牌产品，使其运行非常平稳、安全可靠、使用寿命长、无噪声。

优质的制动器，在接到 PLC的指令后可准确、可靠的实现旋转门的快速制动，是驱动系统制动停止功能中变频缓冲制动的补充和安全紧急制动的保障。

变频缓冲制动使用于制动器动作之前，这种制动方式可减小制动器制动过程中由转动惯量所产生的惯性力，以减小对被碰撞物体的冲击力及延长门的使用寿命。

二、旋转门控制系统宾盛自动门型两翼自动旋转门控制系统主要由主控箱和触摸显示屏两部分组成：1、主控箱又称可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）宾盛自动门型PLC采用日本松下特供产品，平均无故障工作时间，环境适应能力强，抗干扰性能好，易于维护。

其安装于旋转门华盖内部，是控制系统的枢纽，对旋转门各位置感应器反馈的信号加以管理并执行，同时控制旋转门的转速调节、照明灯。

预留一组两芯信号线接口与大厦楼宇消防系统相连。

2、液晶触摸显示屏乘方自动门将触摸屏技术应用到自动门控制领域。

采用触摸屏操作面板，密码管理，使用方便，并有以下两种特别功能：（1）故障自检功能：在旋转门出现故障时，触摸屏将显示故障信息，避免了技术人员重复寻找故障点，便于维护维修，节约了时间。

（2）通过各种提示实现多种工作模式和速度选择以及诸多功能操作。

本操作手册旨在为维护人员提供详细、清晰的指导，以保障商场自动门的正常运行和顾客的安全。

二、自动门类型及工作原理商场常见的自动门主要有平移式自动门和旋转式自动门。

平移式自动门通过传感器检测到人员接近时，控制系统驱动电机带动门体沿轨道平移开启，人员通过后再自动关闭。

旋转式自动门则是通过电机驱动门体围绕中心轴旋转，实现人员的进出。

三、维护前的准备工作1、维护人员应具备相关的电气知识和机械维修技能，熟悉自动门的结构和工作原理。

2、准备好必要的工具，如扳手、螺丝刀、万用表、清洁剂等。

3、在维护前，应设置明显的警示标识，防止他人误操作自动门。

四、安全注意事项1、维护时必须切断自动门的电源，以防止触电事故。

PTFE based material is preferred because of chemical compatibility with unfilled PTFE being optimum. Operation of valves can be manual; however, quarter turn valve assemblies are common. The valve assemblies can be pneumatic or electric depending on customer need and if fail-safe valve position is required. Pneumatic fail-safe valve assemblies are cost effective and can include solenoids and limit switches to interact with process control logic.Ball valve and butterfly valve assemblies are typically used for isolation because of their bubble-tight ratings. Control valves are typically used when an application requires precise flow of cleaning chemicals or water. Control valve assemblies take advantage of positioners when using a pneumatic actuator, or a control card when using an electric actuator to assist in regulating flow. Multiport valve assemblies are common and can take advantage of L and T ports options to direct or isolate fluids. Steam ServiceSteam is an invisible gas unless condensed in cooler air. Steam has many industrial uses like heating and cooling applications and because of its expanding nature, for generating power. Forms of steam include saturated, superheated, and supercritical. Caution needs to be used when selecting valves for steam service to assure the application temperature and pressure are met with the right valve body and valve trim materials. Saturated Steam: Steam that exists as both liquid water and water vapor. This form of steam occurs when the steam is at its boiling point at a particular pressure and temperature. The temperature and pressure of the steam determines the amount of each phase of water. A table showing saturated steam properties is shown on the next page. Superheated Steam: Water heated above its boiling point that exists only as water vapor. This occurs when saturated steam is held at a constant pressure and heated to a temperature above its boiling point. The water bubbles have been removed from the steam system.Super Critical Steam: Steam that does not solely behave as a liquid or gas. This occurs around 1049 °F at 3200 psig. 2. 残疾人按钮（绿色）：当有残疾人通过时可按一下此按钮旋转门慢速旋转20秒，20以后自动回复正常速度。
