TP4056 可以适合USB 电源和适配器电源工作。
•典型电路图和PIN脚:如果TEMP直接接GND,电池温度检测功能取消,其他充电功能正常•TP4056的充电指示灯状态•TP4056的充电电流与Rprog电阻值的关系快充或误插的12V,20V对芯片损坏的解决方案•最近几年的快充手机兴起,快充充电器在市场上随处可见,也是已经很泛滥了。
工厂和终端使用者对于高电压的12V,20V的误插和快充充电器输出高压的防范,和输入浪涌照常芯片损坏都要求有一定的措施和保障设计在电路中。
•这一块应用要求中,目前有两大通用产品:耳机,电子烟。
已经99%都加了保障设计措施,就是加OVP保护芯片,如PW2606,或者PW4056H产品,输入耐压28V,输入过压保护阀值6.5V.(PW4056H1脚拉高工作,TP4056是拉低工作)•PW2606的作用是,输入端耐压可达40V,保护后端电路产品,同时,OVP电压阀值是6.1V,意味着输入电压超过6.1V时,输出关闭。
,例如输入12V时,输出0V,保护开启中;输入降到5V时,输出5V,正常工作。
如何加大充电电流,和其他方案选择•TP4056是不需要电感的线性降压电路,不同于DC-DC降压电路,线性压电路的特点是效率很低,60%左右,DC-DC可达97%•线性的特性限制了充电电流最高也是卡在1A了,只有2两方法来加大电池。
•1,常用2路TP4056并联输出充电,•2,使用DC-DC降压电路的充电IC,如PW4052•n:PW4056H高耐压输入28V版本,同PIN脚TP4056•PW4052的参考电路:•1,单节锂电池3.7V,充满4.2V,充电电流2A•2,带OVP过压保护,防止误插12V充电器时损坏,输入过压6.1V关闭,保证输出通过低于6.1V,超过无输出,同时输入可抗压达40V芯片正常不坏,保护后级其他电路1.PW2609可调设定过压OVP保护芯片,2.PW4052锂电池2.5A充电芯片,选型表。
