House Rental Contract

This House Rental Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is entered

into between the landlord (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”) and the tenant

(hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee”) collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

Term of Lease

Rent and Payment

3. The Lessee shall be responsible for any damages caused by their

negligence or misuse of the property.

Termination

1. Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice

2. In case of early termination by the Lessee, the Lessee shall be liable to

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
