基于 Fl exs i m的自动化立体仓库仿真设计
摘要
随着计算机信息技术的发展和竞争的日益加剧，市场对企业物流系统提出了新的要求，自动化立体仓库受到了越来大的关注并得到广泛应用。其运营效率的研究也成为企业关注的焦点。Fl exs i m软件针对离散系统的建模和仿真，是自动化立体仓库仿真规划的理想选择。物流仿真利用计算机技术来模拟真实的物流系统，通过仿真活动和过程来验证物流项目建设的有效性，合理性和优化的效果。本文以一个公司的自动化立体仓库为例，根据自动化立体仓库基本组成和工作过程，进一步探究采用Fl exs i m 软件进行建模仿真的一般方法。通过仿真自动化立体仓库物流系统，对仓库物流过程进行整体分析。根据各部分不同的运行特点，对仿真的整个流程进行研究，找出其不合理的地方并对其进行优化，结果显示优化后仓库作业效率得到提高。
