网申全攻略7.1 何为网申?所谓“网申”,即 apply on line( 网络在线申请 ) ,目前很多“大牛”公司 ( 比如壳牌、联合利华、宝洁 ) 可都是通过这种方式来收集简历和初步筛选应聘者的。
以前,应聘者往往在就业网站上随便逛逛,看到有合适的工作,就随便扔份简历到人家 HR( 人力资源 ) 的信箱里,然后坐等面试机会上门。
现在,这样的时代已经渐渐远去了。
7.2 关于网申中的开放题( Open Questions )网申中的开放题是最让人头痛的,但是各公司的开放题题目差别不大,所以我们可以提早准备,将其一举拿下。
具体来说,它侧重于个人的合作能力和技巧,工作的抗压能力,是否有不利于工作的性格缺陷等等。
举例如下:7.2.1 关于职业生涯规划的问题:请谈谈你 3 - 5 年的规划对于一个未踏进职场的学生而言,有非常明晰的职业规划也不大现实。
HR 之所以这样问是希望挖掘你应聘的深层次动机,看你是否具有稳定性。
建议回答不要过于具体,如“ 3 年成为主管, 5 年要成为经理。
”在不清楚对方职级和晋升条件的情况下,此类过于具体的回答都不明智。
7.2.2 你认为大学时代最成功 / 失败的一件事是什么?”“你最遗憾的一件事是什么?为什么?对于这类问题, HR 主要是从你的回答中来判断出你的价值观,即在你眼里什么最重要;对你而言,什么才是成功。
对于这类题,回答有一个基本思路,就是“ STAR ”原则。
S=Situation , T = Target , A = Action , R = Result 。
你完成某事或者做出某决定是在怎样的背景下,当时你具有怎样的资源,面临怎样的问题、事情或者决定最终的目标是什么;你是如何行动的 ( 利用资源、克服困难、解决突发状况等等 ) ;最后的结果是什么。
如果是失败的事例,那么结果之后你还需要分析失败的原因,并总结你得到的经验教训。
7.2.3 举例说明你是如何说服一个难以说服的人这类问题考的就是你的沟通和影响能力。

宝洁的网申比较简单,按要求填上一些基本的信息,基本都能过关,然后会收到一个网上测评的邀请链接,分为能力测试和性格测试两部分,这个环节做自己就好了,能力测试的题有网友总结过,可以自己到网上搜一下,网上测评通过就会有笔试通知的。
这里需要注意一点,如果距离上一次笔试时间没有超过一年,一定要换一个邮箱申请,我今年就吃了这个亏,同学好几个都是换了一个邮箱申请的,都有笔试通知,我用原来的邮箱申请的,所以没有得到机会,因为之前的笔试没过,笔试不过有托业的原因,也有可能是简历的原因,所以不管它网站上怎么写,一定要给自己争取一次机会。
网申+三人组队。
今年玛氏在网申环节除了要填写一些个人的信息之外,还设立了一个三人组队,设计一个公益性质的策划案环节,学校背景是一方面,小组的创意很重要,如果创意很好,可以弥补背景不足的弱点,所以要重视。
三人组队环节也很锻炼人,我们组的每个人都在其中成长了不少,尤其是头脑风暴时的思维碰撞,还有团队合作,感觉玛氏在这个环节上设计的很好,就是时间用的比较长,需要花时间和精力去搞。
总之,过玛氏的网申,背景是一方面,更重要的是做好三人组队环节。
网申过关。
联合利华今年是委托中华英才网做第一轮筛选,但是据说OQ环节联合利华的人会亲自看的,事实也是如此,由于种种原因,我在网申截止前一小时才提交申请,但是我很重视OQ环节,非常认真的回答了它的问题,结果就通过了,所以除了一些基本条件之外,在联合利华的网申中,OQ很重要,至于如何回答算好,就是结合它的企业文化,写出自己的特点就可以了,起码要让人家觉得你很用心。
笔试内容笔试,RT+托业。
通常会考一天,上午考RT,中文的,下午考托业,也有时候是会放在半天考,体力消耗较大。
RT要求65Mins完成40道题,计算题15道,文字阅读题10道,图形推理15道,时间足够,难度和网上测试能力测试部分类似,甚至还有原题。
所以有时间不妨考前再过一遍网上测试的资料。

联合利华面试亲历:三轮面试之后的offer熊小姐,某财经大学劳动与社会保障专业毕业1.第一轮面试面试官是护肤品部的市场经理和一位研发部人员,问题都是“网申”上做过的题目。
因为事先我准备了十几道题目,如“领导一个团队需要做些什么?”“遇到困难的时候怎么处理?”“如果再给你一次机会你会如何处理?”等等,所以我很沉着。
有一道题是:工作中遇到困难你会如何处理?假如再给你一次机会,你又会如何处理?我举的例子是在F1做兼职项目助理的时候。
比赛间歇我负责给客户发盒饭,因为没有经验,场面有点混乱,以至于后来盒饭不够了,当时有人情绪很激动。
没来得及请示汇报,我立即作出了反应:本着客户至上的原则,请他们留下联系方式,并承诺在午饭时间一定将盒饭送到他们手上。
我说,假如再给我一次机会,我应该在源头上找问题,或者应该预先做好计划,将盒饭直接送到客户房内,而不是让客户来领。

面试分为上、下午进行。
上午的面试官是中国区的CEO和重点客户销售总监。
给出的案例是:假如你是某个工厂的厂长,现在要安排生产任务,因为时间紧不能满足所有客户。
