could在语气上比can更加委婉、客气。
(2)message意为“音信；信息”，是可数名词。
take a message for sb.意为“为某人捎个口信”。
与message 相关的短语有：leave a message for sb.(留个口信给某人), give a message to sb.(给某人捎个口信)。
(3)tell意为“告诉”，与say相比，tell更注重交流的过程。
tell的常用短语有：tell sb.sth.＝tell sth.to sb.(告诉某人某事), tell sb.(not) to do sth.[告诉某人(不要)做某事]。
