It is a great pleasure for me to recommend a quality candidate for
admission to your program. I taught her English for two semesters, so
I came to know this student very well. I would like to take this
opportunity to comment on her academic achievements.
I first became acquainted with in the 201X-201Xacademic years, when
she took the course I taught. Therefore I had many opportunities to
observe her performance in her undergraduate years. A diligent
student, her academic record ranking is high and she is one of the
top students in all her subjects. In a strict grading system like
ours, her academic record represents a remarkable achievement.
As far as I know, she is a versatile girl with a strong sense of
responsibility. She used to be the monitor of our class and then she
became commissary in charge of studies. During the three years, she
assisted the teachers to keep the class in order and create a
wonderful atmosphere for learning. She was skillful at table tennis
and running. She played an essential role in our sports meetings and
always gained honor for our whole class.
Her work at the Student Union was excellent as well. So many
activities did she organized, which all received positive reception.
The English Corner in th
e charge of her had appealed to flooded of students. She held English
songs competition and the Mayor Election, in which platform, students
could show their talents, exchange ideas with one another and improve
their oral English as well.
Now, sophisticated as a professional and mature as an individual, she

1.详实的个人材料夹
360教育集团介绍：教授要写好一封推荐信，需要你提供详实的个人材料。即使在一所很小的大学里，每个教授一学期也要教许多学生。如果教授从你那仅仅得到是成绩单，那么在推荐信中他只能提到你这几年的学习成绩。如果你希望得到的是一封优秀的推荐信，那么你就需要整理出自己的个人材料，准备一个详尽的文件夹，并清楚的标明你的全名。你的个人材料文件夹需要包括以下材料：
1)成绩单(如果GPA在3.0至4.0之间，当然不错。)

2.提前预约见面时间
预约见面的最佳时间是在信发出前的两周，与你的教授预约依次简短会面，谈论一下推荐信的事情。记得一定要提前5分钟到达，并且着装要整洁。不必穿正装，但是一定要让别人看起来很舒服。从你的着装表明了你要谈较正式的问题。
