It is not always easy to discover yourself From a young age, I had a strong sense of who I would become-but an accident changed everything.

Some of you might not be able to answer this question. However, it's actually quite important to know how to sort(分类) your waste. Not knowing how to sort waste can make it harder to save energy and protect the environment.
If you don’t sort your waste, all of it will go to a landfill(填埋场)and be buried together. These landfills can take up large areas of ground that could be used for planting trees. When Michael Grandner, one of the lead researchers in the field, was asked how much extra(额外)sleep time the person could have on the weekend before social jet lag became a problem, he said that it might be OK to sleep for another two hours or fewer if you went to bed regularly. Our study suggests that if the midpoint of your sleep moves up by more than an hour, you may be at increased risk, he said, "so that would mean it's harmful to go to bed an hour later and wake up an hour later. It is particularly surprising that the bad influence of social jet lag is independent of how much sleep people get."
Aaron Schirmer, a lead researcher said their study looked specifically at how the social jet lag affected students. Out of nearly 15,000 students, only four in ten appeared to have body clocks that could naturally match up with their study schedules.
The rest 60 percent of students suffered (遭遇)from social jet lag at least 30 minutes. The problem was worst among natural “night owls” - those who would naturally wake up later than their schedules. The social jet lag was found to badly influence study and exam grades. He also said that the American school system was more suitable for"morning birds" - those who naturally woke up earlier. Students can get benefits if we can educate them by taking advantage of their own biological rhythms(生物周期).
These results show that, besides sleep duration, sleeping regularity plays an important role in our health.
