This lesson is the fourth lesson of unit 7（the second book）about Grade

7. This book can improve students’ ability about their listening, speaking,

reading and writing. It connects with the knowledge of Grade 3, which is the

basic material. This unit is about sports and good healthy, which can help

us to stay healthy. The text includes three parts: some words, some
