一、内容分析

 词汇:四会单词共12个:it, tree, card, gift, new, year, happy, red, birthday, I ,

cake, party认读节日相关类词语12个:a bell, a Christmas card, Christmas

gifts, Santa Claus, New Year’s Day, a red lantern, Happy New Year! Colorful

balloons, a birthday gift, a birthday cake, a birthday party, a birthday card.

 句型:

1、简单感叹句:How colorful it is!

2、Let’s 引导的句子:Let’s sing and dance.

3、询问年龄: How old are you? I’m seven today.

 韵文:三首

 语音:ou /ow

 课堂指令性用语/日 常用语:I can’t hear you. Speak louder, please./ Please

read it louder.

二、单元目标

1. 能听懂、会说节日问候的常用语。能正确理解并在日常会话中运用重点句型。

2. 能听、说、读、写本单元的12个单词,认读有关节日或生日类的词语,并能进行替换。

3. 能正确、流利地朗读、表演课文。

4. 能背诵、演唱所学韵文、听懂课堂用语,能根据指令做事情,开展游戏活动。

四、单元难点

1. 能正确使用感叹句是表达自己的意愿:How colorful it is!

2. 词汇Christmas的发音,Santa Claus 相关文化背景知识。

3. 能在学习课文的同时,了解相关节日的一些文化背景以及节日习俗。正确理解和使用感叹句,如:How colorful it is!并正确运用。

五、单元说明

学生在一年级及上学期学习过关于圣诞节的一些问候,所以本单元可以以以前学过的只是作为铺垫,使学生能够很快进入到新内容的学习。由于学生已经二年级,所以可以更多的介绍一些与节日相关的背景知识和节日习俗。中国新年学生比较熟悉,可以采用brain storming的方式,鼓励学生更多的归纳总结。

Lesson 21

Period 1

Contents:

3. To teach the dialogue in this lesson.

Aims:

1. 学生能够正确地理解、朗读课文。

2. 学生能用句型“How …it is!”表达感叹之情。

3. 学生能听、说、读单词:it, tree, card, gift

Focus:Words and vocabulary

Difficulties: The pronunciation of the words: Claus, Merry

Teaching aids: Pictures, tape-recorder

Teaching steps:

1. Oral practice

(1) Act the rhymes of this book.

(2) Ask the following questions:

How many days are there in a week?

What are they?

What day is today?

What day is tomorrow?

2. Teach the new words and the sentence patterns.

(1) Let them enjoy a song---Merry Christmas!

(2) Ask the pupils to tell when to sing this song. Teach the sentence pattern: Merry Christmas to you! (3) Teach the words by using the pictures. Pay attention to the

first letters.

(4) Teach the word: colorful. Point to the pictures and ask “What

color is it?”

3. Teach the dialogue on Page 52.

(1) Listen to the tape and repeat. (2) Teach the words: Christmas Day and Christmas Eve.

(3) Show them some pictures of Christmas.

Homework:

1. Read the dialogue.

2. Copy down the words.

3. Look for some information of Christmas Day.

Period 2

Contents:

1. To teach the new word: jingle bell.

2. To teach the rhyme.

3. Introduce something of Christmas. Aims:

1. 学生能够流利地朗读并表演课文。

2.学生能在实际情景中应用句型“How … it is!”表达感叹之情

并进行替换。

3.学生能听、说、读、写单词:it, tree, card, gift.能够听、说、读单词和词组 a bell,

a Christmas card, Christmas gifts, Santa Claus。

4. 学生能朗读韵文。

Difficulties: The sound of “very well”

Teaching aids: tape-recorder, word cards,

Teaching steps:

1. Oral practice.

Ask the following questions:

What do you do on weekends?

Do you … on …?

2. Review the words and the sentence structures learnt last time.

(1) Show them the word cards and let them read.

(2) Ask the pupils how to greet to each other on Christmas Day.

(3) Let some pupils to introduce something about Christmas.

3. Teach the rhyme.

(1) Let them enjoy a song--- Jingle bell

(2) Show them the picture of jingle bell and teach the word.

(3) Teach the rhyme on Page 53.
