DESCRIPTION
The SDX Series sensors provide a very cost-effective solution
for pressure applications that require small size plus
performance. These calibrated and temperature-compensated
sensors give an accurate and stable output over a 0 °C to 50
°C [32 °F to 122 °F] temperature range. This series is intended
for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air
and dry gases.
Devices are available to measure absolute and gage pressures
from 1 psi (SDX01) up to 100 psi (SDX100). The absolute
devices have an internal vacuum reference and an output
voltage proportional to absolute pressure. The SDX devices
are available in standard commercial and prime grades
(SDCXXXXX-A) to allow optimization of accuracy and cost in

DescriptionDesigned for pulse width modulated (PWM) control of DC motors, the A4950 is capable of peak output currents to ±3.5 A and operating voltages to 40 V.Input terminals are provided for use in controlling the speed and direction of a DC motor with externally applied PWM control signals. Internal synchronous rectification control circuitry is provided to lower power dissipation during PWM operation. Internal circuit protection includes overcurrent protection, motor lead short to ground or supply, thermal shutdown with hysteresis, undervoltage monitoring of VBB, and crossover-current protection.For high ambient operating temperature applications, an automotive grade device is offered (A4950K). The K grade device is tested across extended temperature and voltage ranges to ensure compliance in automotive or industrial applications. The A4950 is provided in a low-profile 8-pin SOICN package with exposed thermal pad (suffix LJ) that is lead (Pb) free, with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.

Schottky Barrier Diode
These Schottky barrier diodes are optimized for low forwardvoltage drop and low leakage current. The DSN2 (Dual SiliconNo−lead) package is a chip level package using solderable metalcontacts under the package similar to DFN style packages. The DSNstyle package enables 100% utilization of the package area for activesilicon, offering a significant performance per board area advantagecompared to products in plastic molded packages.
