Module Handbook Illustration Practice (Elementary)40 periodsYear 2 Art & Design StudentsHuanghuai UniversityDiana AliWelcomeTo ‘Illustration Practice (Elementary)’I ntroductionThis module will allow you to explore illustration through practical art work with a variety of art materials and media. You will learn to express different thoughts and opinions of what we see in the world by illustrating them. As well doing practical work you will support your project with research of artists and learn how they have interpreted similar ideas and issues. You will learn and explore various art techniques and processes to create an individual piece of illustration.There are five projects to complete. You must complete all five to pass the module successfully. If a project is not complete you must finish it for homework. There will be a short introduction to the task and sometimes examples and presentations of what is to be expected from you. You will also write about what you have created and how.This module requires you to be individual and think for yourselves because we all see the world differently.
