The software has a database of human voices, Miku's voices come from a Japanese cast called "藤田咲". Through it we can create synthesized(合成)singing of unprecedented(史无前例) quality and remarkable realism by just typing in lyrics(歌词) and melody(旋律). Powered by Yamaha's vocaloid technology, Hatsune Miku was developed by Crypton Future Media in Sapporo(札幌), and released(发布)on August 31st, 2007. And since then, there have been more than 30,000 songs and movies about Hatsune Miku were posted in a popular Video sharing web site such as YouTube and Nico-NicoDouga(Japan).
