1.General description
The 74AVC1T45 is a single bit, dual supply transceiver with 3-state output that enablesbidirectional level translation. It features one data input-output port (A and B), a directioncontrol input (DIR) and dual supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)). Both VCC(A) and VCC(B) canbe supplied at any voltage between 0.8V and 3.6V making the device suitable fortranslating between any of the low voltage nodes (0.8 V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and3.3V).PinsAandDIRarereferencedtoVCC(A)andpinBisreferencedtoVCC(B).AHIGHonDIRallowstransmissionfromAtoBandaLOWonDIRallowstransmissionfromBtoA.
The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFFcircuitry disables the output, preventing any damaging backflow current through thedevice when it is powered down. In suspend mode when either VCC(A) or VCC(B) are atGND level, both A and B are in the high-impedance OFF-state.

74VHC14Hex Schmitt InverterGeneral DescriptionThe VHC14 is an advanced high speed CMOS Hex Schmitt Inverter fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technol-ogy. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equiva-lent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Pin configuration and function are the same as the VHC04 but the inputs have hysteresis between the positive-going and negative-going input thresholds, which are capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free out-put signals, thus providing greater noise margin than con-ventional inverters.An input protection circuit ensures that 0V to 7V can be applied to the input pins without regard to the supply volt-age. This device can be used to interface 5V to 3V systems and two supply systems such as battery back up.
