3. 基本公司聲明 Declaration by Primary Company 本人/吾等，茲要求及指示中國工商銀行(亞洲)有限公司（「貴行」）登記「相關公司」在貴行開立之所有賬戶（「賬戶」）（如第 2 節所指明），以便本人/吾等可透過本人/吾等所申請之商業網上理財服務接達、操作及維持賬戶。本人確認及確定，本人/吾等透過商 業網上理財服務接達、操作及維持賬戶須受商業網上理財務之條款及條件所規限。貴行向本人提供一份有關條款及條件，而本人/吾 等已將之細閱並明白有關條款及條件，且同意受其約束。 I/We, hereby request and instruct Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”) to register all the account(s) (the “Account(s)”) of the Related Company (as specified in section 2) with the Bank to enable me/us to have access to, operate and maintain the Account(s) through the Commercial Internet Banking service subscribed by me/us. AttacksMost of the attacks on online banking used today are based on deceiving the user to steal login data and valid TANs. Two well known examples for those attacks are phishing and pharming. Cross-site scripting and keylogger/Trojan horses can also be used to steal login information. A method to attack signature based online banking methods is to manipulate the used software in a way, that correct transactions are shown on the screen and faked transactions are signed in the background.CountermeasuresThere exist several countermeasures which try to avoid attacks. Digital certificates are used against phishing and pharming, the use of class-3 card readers is a measure to avoid manipulation of transactions by the software in signature based online banking variants. 随着Internet的发展与普及，上银行为作一种新型的客户服务方式迅速成为国际银行界关注的焦点。

跨国银行纷纷发布上银行发展战略，斥巨资完善上银行系统，视上银行为赚钱的机遇、争取市场份额的手段。

目前，这＿潮流已席卷到我国，我国各家商业银行也陆续推出上银行服务。

本文拟通过介绍国外上银行的发展情况，对我国发展上银行作些初步的探讨.一、国外上银行的发展情况上银行最早起源于美国，其后迅速蔓延到Internet所覆盖的各个国家。

美国安全第﹁络银行(SFNB)从1996年就开始了上金融服务，美国银行业6%一7％的客户使用上银行系统。

目前，国际上提供上银行服务的机构分两种：一种是原有的负担银行(incumbent Bank)，机构密集，人员众多，在提供传统银行服务的同时推出上银行系统，形成营业点、ATM、POS机、银行、上银行的综合服务体系；另外一种是信息时代倔起的直接银行(Direct Bank)，机构少，人员精，采用、Internet 等高科技服务手段与客户建立密切的，提供全方位的金融服务。

现举例说明这两种银行的发展情况。

(一)高效、快速发展的直接银行：德国的Entrium Direct Bankers。

Entrium Direct Bankers，1990年作为Quelle邮购公司的一部分成立于德国，最初通过线路提供金融服务，1998年开辟上银行系统。

目前已经成为德国，乃至欧洲最大的直接银行之一。

截至1999年底，拥有客户77万，其中使用上银行系统的客户达15万；资产总额38．18亿美元；控制德国直接银行界30％的存款和%的消费贷款。

Entrium没有分支机构，员工共计370人，依靠和因特开拓市场、提供服务。
