文/浙江 蔡永福2018年捷豹路虎揽胜故障现象一辆2018年生产的捷豹路虎揽胜,搭载SCV6Petrol型3.0L发动机,VIN码为SALGA3BV6JA39****,行驶里程为77 036km,据车主反映,在行驶过程中该车变速器突然出现明显冲击,随即仪表台上出现“HDC不可用”“稳定控制不可用”“自适应动态不可用”等故障提示信息,但车辆仍可正常行驶。
出现这种情况后,车主马上靠边停车,并熄灭发动机,之后再按点火开关尝试启动时发现发动机无法启动,但挡把上的P挡指示灯正常点亮,仪表台上仍然显示着上述故障提示信息。
锁车大约10min后车主再次尝试启动,发动机顺利启动,且车辆恢复正常。
此时,车主不敢再次熄灭发动机,担心无法再次启动,并直接将故障车开到店内进行检修。
故障诊断与排除接车时,发动机处于正常运转状态,查看仪表台,发现“HDC不可用”“稳定控制不可用”“自适应动态不可用”等故障提示信息一直在显示,同时多个报警灯点亮(图1),但未见其他明显异常。
另外,换挡杆上的指示灯显示正常,重新挂挡,车辆依旧行驶正常。
熄火后重新点火,发动机启动正常,未出现车主担心的熄火后无法启动的情况。
查看车辆,未发现任何加装或改装,查阅技术网站,未发现相关的技术公告和服务活动。
询问车主得知,该车同样的故障大约一周出现一次,故障出现时马上熄火就会出现发动机无法再次启动的情况。
连接诊断电脑PF,发现故障车内存有大量故障码,其中,与故障现象相关的故障码(图2)有:U029187-与换挡模块B的通信中断,消息缺失;U010187-与变速器控制模块的通信丢失,消息缺失;U004687-车辆通信总线C消息缺失;U004681-车辆通信总线C接收到无效串行数据;U004682-车辆通信总线C活动/顺序计数器不正确,未更新;U008088-车辆通信总线F总线断开;U008082-车辆通信总线F活动/顺序计数器不正确,未更新;U010100-与变速器控制模块的通信丢失,没有任何子类型信息;U040382-接收到来自分动箱控制模块的无效数据,活动/顺序计数器不正确,未更新;U010287-与分动箱控制模块的通信丢失,消息缺失。

路虎车型故障2例作者:***来源:《汽车与驾驶维修(维修版)》2024年第02期故障1 :发动机故障灯点亮关键词:文丘里管、炭罐净化系统故障现象:一辆2021 年产路虎揽胜极光运动型多功能车,搭载2.0T 发动机和自动变速器,行驶里程5 500km。
用户反应仪表板上的发动机故障灯亮,已经更换过炭罐和炭罐电磁阀,但故障依旧。
检查分析:维修人员接车后起动发动机,确认仪表板上的发动机故障灯点亮。
连接诊断仪检测,读取到故障码“P144B-00——燃油蒸汽排放系统辅助净化蒸汽管路限制/ 堵塞”(图1)。
查阅该车的历史维修记录,车辆在2 个月前更换过炭罐,当时的里程为351 km ;以及在2 周前,检查进气、蒸气系统及文丘里管系统管时发现,文丘里管有折压的情况,并进行了调整,当时的行驶里程为4 420 km。
这两次维修,均记录了P144B-00 的故障码,而现在故障现象又一次出现。
使用诊断仪执行故障症状指导型诊断功能,结果提示“查看DTC 并按照帮助文本操作以修复故障,如果不存在链接的DTC 请参见TOPix 链接以了解有关系的更多信息”(图2)。
通过故障码可知,车辆的故障在炭罐净化系统,蒸发排放系统降低了燃油箱中的燃油蒸汽排放到大气中的HC含量水平。
该系统包括蒸发排放炭罐、净化阀、互连通风管和软管等部件。
如图3 所示,在无增压条件下,净化将通过RSV1 单向阀流入节气门后进气歧管。
在增压条件下,净化气流通过RSV2阀进入文丘里系统,允许净化气流在接近大气压的情况下先于涡轮增压器压缩机进入进气道。
发动机在负荷低时,涡轮增压器增压压力低的情况下,燃油蒸气经过净化阀内的止回阀,然后燃油蒸汽直接进入到时气歧管,在负载高时,涡轮增压顺增压压力高的情况下,燃油蒸汽经炭罐电磁阀内的文丘里管被导入低压清洁空气管道。
结合故障码P144B-00 的可能原因,初步判断为燃油净化系统(炭罐、净化电磁阀、文丘里管)相关管道是否漏气、堵塞,也可能是炭罐、净化阀或文丘里管部件本身有故障。

图1 燃油压力的数据流图2 故障车辆的喷油器波形线束,外观正常,万用表的测量结果显示,线束及喷油器均没有发生断路和短路。
检查各喷油器与发动机之间的电阻,阻值为0.6 Ω,正常。
各喷油器本身的电阻均为18 3.3 kΩ左右,同样在正常范围。
检测过程中发现一个规律,那就是删除故障码后,起动车辆,失败,但诊断仪并不会第一时间就显示P0A94-00故障码。
需要多次起动失败后,P0A94-00才会出现,且故障码与起动机卡顿现象几乎是同步出现的。
由此推测,起动机卡顿的原因并非供电异常,而是由于发动机控制系统存在某种错误,生成了故障码,随即使起动机出现了卡顿。
因此,需要先找到产生故障码的原因。
检查PCM束,无明显外伤或水泡痕迹,供电、搭铁均正常, 更新PCM软件后故障依旧存在。
以上检查结果表明,是PCM内部存在硬件故障,导致喷油器断电。
但维修人员突然意识到一个问题,如果是因为生成P0A94-00故障码,导动机起动的过程中感知到了某个信号有异常,才生成了P0A94-00故障码。
会影响喷油的信号主要是曲轴位置信号和凸轮轴位置信号,于是着手开始检查。
用万用表测量曲轴位置传感器的供电、信号和搭铁端子,无断路、短路现象。
用示波器检测信号波形,发现高电平电压为5.0 V,正常,低电平电压为2.2 V,异常,标准应为0.0 V(图4和图5)。

回顾总结:由于曲轴位置传感器信号异常,导致PCM切断了对喷油器的供电。
且PCM在接收到错误的。

如图1-2对车辆进行路试:发动机故障码点亮同时转速不定时有上升下降图1-21.3故障确认检查车辆发现,一键启动(正常1~3秒)后,发动机故障码点亮。

(根据以上数据流分析故障:从长期燃油中可以看出左右两侧气缸都存在混合气过稀(电脑在增加40%喷油)、收管绝对压力在49KPA(正常值在32kpa左右)说明发动机有漏气。

2012款路虎揽胜L322加速受限等作者:暂无来源:《汽车维修与保养》 2018年第4期2012款路虎揽胜L322加速受限故障现象:一辆2 0 1 2款路虎揽胜L 3 2 2 , 4 . 4 L 柴油版,累计行驶里程157 000km,跟随客户试车,车辆故障现象确如客户之前所描述,车速超过120km/h后仪表报警,车辆性能受限,加油无力,车速下降到60km/h。
故障诊断与排除:根据车辆故障现象,分析有以下几个原因。
1.进气系统有堵塞或者泄露;2.排气系统有堵塞;3.增压系统存在故障;4.燃油系统堵塞;5.燃油高压系统或低压系统故障。
首先连接诊断电脑读取故障码( 图1 ) ,根据故障码提示,基本确定引发该车性能受限的主要原因为车辆高压燃油压力故障。
简单分析引起高压燃油压力低的故障原因为两点:一是高压系统有个别执行元件有问题;二是低压系统供油不畅。
油箱中的电动泵从泵底部的涡流罐收集燃油,并将其以 0.5bar(1bar=105Pa)的压力从燃油箱输送到供油管,然后经安装在发动机舱内的直列电动燃油泵(该燃油泵将油压提升到 4.5bar)将燃油输送至发动机高压喷油器泵。
检查低压端到辅助油泵压力为0.5bar,正常,检查辅助油泵到柴油滤芯管道压力为5bar,拆卸柴油滤清器发现其内部杂质较多,较脏。
更换柴油滤清器试车,车辆故障依旧。
低压系统供油不畅排除,读取实际高压值如图2。
实际压力与期望压力一致,读取相同车的压力与油量阀的占空比与此车基本一致。
故障出现时此车的实际相关参数如图3所示。
根据参数分析,此故障为着车时出现的,现在只剩下排查高压压力调节器和喷油器了,考虑到喷油器成本较高且不好拆卸所以先测试其回油量(图4)。
观察8个喷油器回油量都比较均匀,回油量正常,于是更换高压燃油调节器,试车故障排除。

2019/04·汽车维修与保养31栏目编辑:桂江一 ********************Maintenance Cases维修实例压力数据如图8所示,经过路试及数次油门全开,车辆均运行正常,且燃油管路无渗漏,该车故障被彻底排除。
维修小结通过本案例,笔者认为有必要与同行一起分享下述4点:1.在汽车维修界,许多人会认为如果涡轮增压直接喷射(TDI)柴油发动机无法启动,就必须更换全套燃油喷射系统,而很少有人会进行详细的诊断和分析。
本案例用事实证明,这一做法值得商榷。
2.涡轮增压直接喷射(TDI)柴油发动机的汽缸压力最大约为30bar,而喷油嘴的油压供给端的压力则高达300bar。
显然,喷油嘴一旦出现类似于本案例中的“直通”故障,燃油高压端压力将无法建立,且在活塞运行过程中形成液阻。
3.第1缸喷油嘴密封铜垫为什么不见了?笔者只有根据本车的实际情况进行推测:铜垫破损后,此时车已经出现故障,只是比较轻微,而车主也反映该车之前确实出现过抖动情况;破损的铜垫在高温高压气体的冲击下,逐渐消融碎掉,由于排气管侧带有泄气孔,碎渣通过泄气孔排出。
这也是第1缸喷油嘴中部橡胶密封圈也同时消失的原因。
4.世界气象组织研究决定,今后气压单位既可用“hPa”(百帕),也可用“mbar”(毫巴),两者暂时并用,最后将逐步统一使用“hPa”,即100Pa,正好等于1mbar。
在本案例中,数据块内的压力单位均为“hPa”,我们可以理解为0.001bar。

用诊断工具读取故障码(DTC),很多模块都有故障码,与本故障相关的故障码有:(1)蓄电池电量控制模块(BECM)有DTC:U3003-16蓄电池电压-电路电压低于门限值。
对于此故障码的解释是:①电池电量控制模块的电源或接地电路断路、电阻过高;②启动蓄电池故障;③直流-直流转换器系统故障;④参考电路图,检查电池电量控制模块电源和接地电路是否断路、电阻过高。
必要时对接线线束进行维修。
请参阅《车间维修手册》的相关章节,检查启动蓄电池。
如有必要,进行纠正。
使用诊断设备,检查直流-直流转换器是否存在相关DTC并参考相关DTC索引。
(2)电力变频转换器控制模块"D”(EPICD),即DC-DC模块,JLR不同的资料,如《车间维修手册》和诊断工具)对于同一模块的名称可能有所不同)DTC:P0A94-49直流/直流变流器性能-内部电子故障。
对于此故障码的解释是:①直流到直流转换器内部故障;②使用Jaguar Land Rover!人可的诊断设备,清除故障诊断码(DTC)并重新测试,如果故障依然存在,安装一个新的直流到直流转换器。
给42\/电池充电1h后,启动车辆仪表无充电故障提示,在MHEV接线盒处测量BISG输出电压是45.2Vo测量给12V蓄电池充电电压14.1V O但是启动车辆大概10min后,故障再次出现了,测量12V蓄电池充电电压11,5V,48V电压1\/。

温度传感器是一个负温度系数热敏电阻,

难道故障就是这里?拆下插接器重新安装
到位,试车发现第2和第3个故障码消失了,
但是第一个故障码还是存在。
于是维修人
员根据线路图和部件位置图,断开氧传感器
的插接器,测量3号和4号针脚之间的电阻为
无穷大,说明氧传感器加热线已经断路,可
见氧传感器本身也是存在故障的。
故障排除:更换气缸组1的前氧传感器,
并将发动机控制单元的线束插接器安装到位
后试车,故障灯熄灭,用户所反映的动力不足
故障也未再出现。
用户接车一段时间后电话
回访,车辆一切正常,故障彻底排除。
