简单与不简单的差距在于“贵在坚持”

-----读《听李镇西老师讲课》有感

看了一篇小短文，大意是一样的：有个男孩，因车祸失去了右臂，父母为了让他不受别人的欺负让他去学拳击。教练只是教给他一个动作，并让他反复练习这个动作。后来仅凭着这个动作，他在一些竞赛中取得了成功。他很纳闷。后来参加一个高水平的比赛，他先被对手打败，在气馁时教练告诉他还是用这个动作打对手，他听从了，以顽强的毅力竟然打败了对手。他去问教练，教练只是平淡地说：“这个动作是最致命的一个动作，对手要想打败你，必须要抓住你的右臂，而你没有。还因为你一直练这个动作，已将它练到了极致。”

看完这个故事，我很喜欢。这就和李镇西老师讲的课一样，流程很简单：学习字词—学生交流读后感受---学生质疑、讨论、解疑---老师谈自己的体会，与学生共享。这种再简单、再朴素不过的“流程”，几乎在李老师执教的每一片课文的过程中重演着，任何一位听课的教师都不难学到。一切都是那么简单，一切都是那么朴素，使我们很容易地就想到这就像咱们平时上的家常课!但从内涵上来说，你能深深地感受到李老师对教材深度的解析，对课堂高超的驾驭艺术。这正是他所追求的“举重若轻，行云流水”的课堂教学境界。“举重若轻”是指教师的内在功底以及对教材的处理艺术。这里的“重”，指的是老师本人的文化储备和课文固有的文化内涵；“轻”则指的是浅出的教学。“行云流水”指的是驾驭课堂教学环节、流程、节奏等等。课上到如此境界，我实在佩服得五体投地!

这就像那个独臂男孩，那致命的一个动作应该是对教材的深度把握，只有在深度理解的基础上，将最简单、最实用的招术运用到了极致。

除了对李老师研究教材上的深度钻研的精神所折服以外，他对学生的沟通与评价也颇有艺术性，我从书中摘录了一些与大家分享：

1、凡是能够提出问题或提出和其他同学，甚至和老师不同观点的学生，是最好的学生。
