习习凉风，吹走了夏的炎热，吹走了绿叶的梦幻。金秋十月，丹桂飘香，我们相聚在北附这个美丽的校园。

北附，一个放飞梦想的地方，一个创造奇迹的地方。这里处处飘荡着欢歌笑语，每一个同学脸上都洋溢着如花的笑容。

刻骨铭心的军训生活，让我们拥有了钢铁般的意志；“青春飞扬，我最闪亮”广播操比赛，让我们感受到了团结的力量；“遍地开花”的课外游戏增进了师生之间的感情；校本节日“河南节”，更是让我们走出校园亲近自然，了解济源，搜集、采访、整理、编写，我们通过双脚丈量济源文化的厚重，我们用双手描绘济源的魅力无限。

为了丰富学生的校园生活，提升学生的综合素质，钢三小在本学期开展了许多丰富而有意义的活动。

九月初，为了弘扬革命传统，锻炼学生意志，学校组织四至五年级的学生进行了军训活动。为了使军训活动不出现一点意外，学校领导和老师都对学生进行了周密的部署与安排，最终使本次活动收到了良好的教育效果，不仅培养了学生的集体感，更锻炼了学生艰苦朴素、吃苦耐劳的坚强意志。

九月底，为了使学生了解包头、认识包头、热爱包头，学校组织学生进行了拉练活动，徒步去劳动公园参观菊展。一路上孩子们有说有笑，沿路了解了包头的变化，感受了包头的文明，体验到了在包头生活的快乐，一点也没有感觉到走路的劳累，就来到了劳动公园。他们被美丽的菊展吸引了，孩子们都说：“这里的菊花真美！我们包头越来越美丽了！”

十月中旬，塑胶操场的竣工又为美丽的钢三小再添一笔辉煌的色彩。课间，校园里一片欢声笑语，学生们在塑胶操场上互相追逐着、玩耍着，有的在草坪上打滚儿，有的趴在草坪上休息，有的在器械活动区进行体育锻炼…….在这里真是看到了孩子们纯真的天性，让老师们体验到了育人的责任与快乐。

十一月初，为了培养学生热爱运动的精神，提高学生的身体素质，学校组织学生开展了“趣味运动会”。运动会上，学生、家长、老师们都参加了各种各样的比赛，在比赛中互相增进了友谊，也锻炼了体质。

平时，学校每周一早上进行升旗仪式，使学生受到爱国主义教育。每周二早上进行常规总结，使学生认识到自己或自己的班级在这一周的表现如何。每周三早上进行礼仪教育，使学生逐渐养成懂文明讲礼貌的好习惯。每周四、周五早上进行经典诵读和三分钟故事教育，使学生在阅读中了解古人的一些做法，在听故事中理解做人的道理。每周五下午进行欢乐大舞台活动，开展了丰富的课外兴趣小组，有美术、书法、刺绣、奥数等十几个兴趣小组，不仅丰富了学生的课内知识，更拓宽了学生的课外视野，培养了学生的综合素质。
