The AtonementIt’s been a long for me to almost cry for a film.The Atonement is completely a tragedy.I am afraid of such kind of films,which make good things be destruction.Running time 123 minutes,the film was in the 1935,in the quiet British manor.13-year-old girl Briony saw housekeeper’s son Robbie and her sister Cecilia’s intimate behavior.Young and innocent Briony thought Robbie was infringing upon her sister,as recently her cousin was raped.All the coincidences made Briony believe Robbie was a masher.Thus,she told a lie that she would pay her whole life for atoning.At the same time,she made her sister and innocent Robbie a tragedy of separation and destruction.As far as I’m concerned,the film can be divided into two parts.The first half part told the love story happened between Cecilia and Robbie in the British manor,which is a very old and gothic narrative style of the tragedy of destruction.The later part began with Robbie’s joining the army.Definitely different with the first part,it’s something of Hollywood blockbuster.According to the long lens language to the miserable experience of Cecilia and Robbie until Briony showed up,she said she was dying,to write down this story.And the story is real even never changed their names,but the end is fictitious.Until being there,I was touched by the story,and that is the truth.In life,there are many mistakes and they can’tbe saved before we are able to correct it in time.In this film,Briony wouldn’t have the courage to admit her faults or she didn’t have the chance altogether.Robbie died of sepsis in the last of British army retreat,and her sister died in sewer blasting accident.So she put her wish that Robbie would meet Cecilia again into the end of the novel carefully. Briony’s life was filled with confession.However,the objects of confession are not in the world forever.Briony would live in such a big confession,because she would not have any chance,which is regret the film spreads to us.After watching the movie,I understand The Atonement is not really a film about the poignant love story, it's about a kind of can deeply penetrate into every heart unable to extricate oneself of pain and self redemption.This film had two lines:to redeem the sin not belongs to he,he joined the army;Cecilia became a war nurse for sin.The former should not redeem the sin, and the latter atonement didn't help.Sin is atoned for ,and that’s the most desolate.Director scheduling ability is really amazing, in the first half, the 13-year-old Briony, had adopted two ways to describe.Feeling a little abrupt, when the beginning, later had to be, a complete story repeated twice by different point of view, but when you understand the suddenly feels a review deterrent.The staggered type lens combination is well reflects the young bly his recklessness and ignorance, her eyes and bring a person suspected of that kind ofmelancholy breath, even her love of robbie foolish, I think this might be the reason why she tell a lie, one of the so-called by love to hate, when she misunderstood her like of the person is a big color crazy after that want to destroy the idea, and the little girl just came out of the bottom of my heart a little rebellious captured just rightI took notice of a small plot:Briony and Robbie were standing by the pool.Briony wanted to prove a truth that Robbie would save her,stubbornly jumped into the pool.She felt very happy when Robbie really saved her,but Robbie scolded her strictly,saying she was such a stupid act almost killing them both.I think that for a just a little girl at the age of enlightenment, the result is what a cruel.Reality began to let her down,finally she told a lie,destroying the man she also fell in love with and her sister.It is worth mentioning is another of a large number of long, from the film started bly Onions in front of the typewriter to print their own drama scripts, and so on many subjective long her point of view to the most moving scenes of war record.What impressed me most is for four and a half long Dunkirk evacuation.A mess of the sea beach, the soldiers slaughtered steeds, destroyed vehicles, abandonment of the wounded, and so on fiasco, drinking, carousing, praying, singing, fight all reflect the panic situation, in this long also ironically weaving and dilapidated ferris wheel, merry-go-round these recreational facilities, reminiscent of peace in the era of exultation, is a strong contrastI have read some novels about war love story, but Cecilia and Robbie’s love let me feel heartache.Before I have been think is the most tragic death apart with your lover, but after watching T he Atonement, I just want to say the director is too "hard".Not only will the innocent people into the abyss, also let love as war be destroyed.Film saw finally once again when I think of Cecilia said that "come back,com e back to me." and robbie's repeated "I will last come back." when the tears began to pull in the eye socket.The inability to promise only finally gone to reality, people always seem helpless and small in front of the reality. Music is also a film successes, voicing off and on throughout the typewriter, always from time to time again, and I feel more like a general judgment.Except for the old Briony’s dialogue in the end, the rest of the music is also very good to promote the plot development.Actually, thinking about the movie lines,some of them are “simple”.
