【教材分析】本课时内容是新版PEP小学英语教科书五年级上册第二单元“My week” Part A Let’s spell。

该课时内容是语音知识，要求掌握双元音字母组合ee和ea在单词中的发音规则。

英语学习原本是一次奇妙的旅程，因为学习的过程也是了解异域文化、丰富情感体验、启迪心智思维的过程。

本课讲授的是字母组合ee / ea在单词中都发/i:/音的情况，首先通过练习建立字母与自然发音之间的联系，然后通过绘本的学习，拼读更多含有字母组合ee / ea的单词，最后让学生能够根据发音规则进行绘本阅读，本课中出现的绘本出自“My first phonic book”绘本系列，句子简短，朗朗上口，学生易于掌握单词的基本拼读规则，让学生看到一个英语单词就能拼读出来，最终达到培养学生阅读能力的目标。

绘本中的句子全是包含/i:/音的单词，以这样的读本为媒介，系统、熟练地掌握自然拼读并非难事，也绝不乏味。

该绘本不仅对训练学生说一口非常地道的英语非常有帮助，还有助于培养学生独立阅读的能力。

最终由绘本故事的主人公——The queen bee向孩子渗透健康饮食的德育升华，再好吃的东西也不可以贪吃，这样不利于健康。
