某造纸厂废水处理设计
摘要
本设计内容为造纸废水处理设计。根据国家提出的排放标准进行处理废水,总设
计的进水为 5000 t/d。进水中 COD 6000-8000mg/L,SS 2000-3000mg/L,氨氮 30-50mg/L,
出水要求 COD 浓度小于 300mg/L,SS 小于 70mg/L,氨氮小于 15mg/L,pH 在 6-9 范
围内。
在某个构筑物单独处理中,主要需要完成其平面图剖面图加上一部分详图。污水
的处理按照各构筑物的布置进行处理:污水通过格栅,调节池,UASB,中沉池,A/O
工艺,絮凝沉淀池。污泥的主要的处理流程为:从中沉池 UASB 等构筑物中排出的污泥
进入浓缩池,然后进入脱水机房,UASB 和 A/O 中的污泥储存在浓缩池内,达到一定
容量到脱水机房,最后外运处置。
UASB 工艺具有良好的降低 COD 负荷的功能,A/O 工艺能去除污水中的氨氮。

ABSTRACT
The design content for the papermaking wastewater treatment design. Wastewater
treatment is carried out according to the emission standards proposed by the State. The
