The Charterers265 undertake that during the period of this Charter Party, they will not procure any supplies or necessaries266 or services, including any port expenses and bunkers, on the credit of the Owners or in the Owners' time.26724.Salvage268All derelicts and salvage shall be for the Owners' and the Charterers' equal benefit after deducting269 Owners' and Charterers' expenses and crew's proportion.27025.General Average271General average shall be adjusted according to York-Antwerp Rules 1974, as amended 1990, or any272 subsequent modification thereof, in and settled in273 currency.274The Charterers shall procure that all bills of lading issued during the currency of the Charter Party will275 contain a provision to the effect that general average shall be adjusted according to York-Antwerp Rules276 1974, as amended 1990, or any subsequent modification thereof and will include the "New Jason277 Clause" as per Clause 31.278Time charter hire shall not contribute to general average.27926.Navigation280Nothing herein stated is to be construed as a demise of the Vessel to the Time Charterers.
该法能够参考NYP E93’的相关条款:“the Charterers shall perform all cargo handling, including but not limited to lo ading, stowing, trimming, lashing, securing, dunnaging, unlashing, discharging, and tallying, at th eir risk and expense, under the supervision of the Master and responsibility.”
因此,承租人能够在(a)段最后加上:“The Charterers shall have the option of remaining dun nage on board and paying ….. USD to the Owners.”

Delivery: on dropping last outward sea pilot at Kaohsiung at any time day or night, Sundays and holidays included.
