水源热泵机组设备操作规程1、水源热泵机组设备启动前首先检查补水系统是否能够正常工作，补水设备包括软水器、软水箱、补水泵及水源热泵机机组上的水流开关、温度探头、阀门等电接点压力表，以上设备能够正常工作方可启动水源热泵机组。
2、确定热源侧供水系统正常：开启联合泵站P115水泵系统，使水源热泵机组蒸发器端水循环系统正常（观察水流开关是否动作）。
3、确定采暖侧水循环系统正常：开启补水泵给采暖系统管路注水，并开启顶层排气阀门，使水源热泵机组冷凝器端及管路系统注满水，且系统压力达到0.24—0.30MPa，确定正常后启动采暖侧循环水泵。
4、检查水源热泵机组冷凝器端和蒸发器端循环水泵系统是否正常（观察水流开关是否动作），确定正常后启动水源热泵机组（暂运行两台机组）。
5、运行人员应随时察看热源侧供水温度，其工作温度应在15℃--30℃范围内；采暖侧水循环的供回水温度，其工作温度应在50℃--45℃范围内。
6、随时巡查各运行设备运行情况是否正常，运行设备压力表、温度计、发现问题应马上报告有关人员进行解决。
7、每班检查一次循环水泵的润滑油情况，保持油箱油位正常。
8、随时查看软化储水箱内的水位是否正常，应保持水位在水箱的2/3以上。
9、每两小时记录主机的运行情况和制热供回水温度及压力情况。
10、交班人员应向接班人员交代清楚当班的运行情况，并附有值班记录，如有故障未处理完毕，交班人员不得离开。
11、水源热泵机组巡检路线：水源-----阀门 -----热水主机-----循环泵------补水泵-----配电盘----末端设备。
12、为保证水源热泵机组及辅机正常运行,运行人员每班按巡检路线至少进行一次巡回检查。
13、检查热水机组运行是否正常,各受压元件可见部位是否有异常现象。
14、检查循环泵、补水泵运行情况,电动机与轴承的温度、震动与噪音是否超限,电机和主机接线盒有无发热现象,排除不正常漏水现象。
15、检查各设备润滑部位，润滑油箱是否油位正常，是否泄漏，润滑脂加注情况。

水源热泵机房操作流程及注意事项操作流程一、开机操作流程1、检查供电设备的电压、电流等是否正常。
2、预热：空调主机预热须保证在12小时以上。
3、井水系统先洗井，其洗井流程如下：（1）打开室外管道排水阀---关闭供水管道阀门---关闭旋流除砂器出水阀---启动深井泵---水质洁净无砂；（2）打开供水管道阀门---打开旋流除砂器排污阀---水质清澈无杂物；（3）关闭旋流除砂器排污阀---打开旋流除砂器出水阀---关闭室外管道排污阀---洁净水进入机组井水开始循环。
4、末端系统：先检查系统静止压力应为0.3Mpa。
(系统补水为手、自动，可用手动或自动补水)，然后启动冷、热水循环泵。
5、启动主机：待井水系统、末端系统循环正常后启动主机按钮。
二、关机操作流程1、先关闭主机按钮。
2、关闭深井泵按钮。
3、然后关闭末端循环泵。
（确定主机完全卸载5分钟后，才可以关闭循环泵和潜水泵，其关闭顺序为：主机---潜水泵---循环泵）。
水源热泵空调机组注意事项一、使用时的注意事项1、机组运行异常（如有烧焦气味等）立即切断电源并与售后或厂家取得联系，机组出现异常时继续使用可能造成设备事故，电击或火灾。
2、机组入水口的Y型过滤器应根据水质情况定期或不定期清洗、更换。
3、季节转换时注意机组和阀门的切换。
4、不能用湿手操作机组。
5、禁止使用超出额定参数以外的熔断器。
6、禁止用手指按在电磁接触器上而使压缩机启动。
7、禁止短路安全装置而迫使压缩机启动。
8、控制箱门开启时不能启动机组。
9、保证电源电压在±10％以内，否则机组无法正常运行。
10、清扫机组时应使机组停止运转并切断电源。
11、禁止用水冲洗机组。
12、查看出井水、热水的出回水温度，主机的高低压值，每2小时做一次记录。
13、检查电线电缆的电流和温度是否正常。
14、旋流除砂器和全程水处理器3天排污一次。
二、长时间停止时的注意事项1、如果机组需长时间停机，需做好以下工作：1）切断电源，断开控制电路上的小空开，按下红色急停开关。

2．机组的安装2-1 安装机组时要合理布置周围空间，四周要保持必要的距离（800mm）以利于机组的热交换功能和维修保养。
2-2 按照公认的配置管道系统设计及施工，合理设计和安装冷冻水及井水系统，接驳管的口径绝对不能小于本机机组的口径，管路较长时应选用较大管径，以充分发挥本机性能。
2-3 机组应水平放置。
2-4 冷冻水管通过试漏后，要包保温层，避免冷（热）量散失及管路过冷产生凝结水。
2-5 在井水管路中，必须安装旋流除沙器，并定时清理，以保证冷却系统正常运作。
*建议使用井水水质PH值6.3-8.5。
3．电源连接3-1 如该机组采用三相四线时，电源线（R S T）接电源相线，（N）接零线，（PE）接地线。
*切勿将零线接于电源相线，否则会烧坏机组。
3-2 在给机组连接主电源时，电线要经电控箱上的穿线孔连在箱内接线端子上，保证连接紧固。
3-3 机组配电要求：（1）主电源电压380V±10％频率50HZ±2％（2）主电源电压220V±10%频率50HZ±2％3-4 主电源电压波动超过规定范围时，请勿启动机组，否则视为操作不当。
3-5 冷冻水水泵及井水水泵等需要连锁时，可正确连接在机组控制电路中。
3-6 本机组设有电流过载保护，逆缺相保护，压缩机排气端高压保护，吸气端低压保护，马达线圈过热保护等多种措措施，采用微电脑控制，控制电路先进。
