Netcool网络管理系统Netcool的网络管理系统将实现从故障、性能、流量、拓扑和资源的全面管理。
Netcool网络管理解决方案核心围绕网络事件管理，将所有的管理报警信息：网络和系统的故障、性能下降、流量异常、配置变更等都将以事件的方式报告到网络事件处理平台，管理人员通过直观的事件信息监控，就可以了解网络实时的运行状况。
Netcool管理解决方案同时提供丰富专业化的网络管理功能，包括网络性能管理、流量分析、服务质量监控、拓扑和资源管理等，并且与网络事件管理紧密集成，共同实现网络管理的功能和流程。
1、Netcool事件管理主要功能●全面深入灵活的信息采集：Netcool通过针对不同接口的采集探针，将事件进行收集、过滤和标准化，使不同来源的事件能够进行统一处理。
Netcool具有丰富的接口探针，可以支持各种格式的信息集成，从而使网络管理能够覆盖全面的网络资源的信息。
●强大高效的事件处理核心和重复事件压缩Netcool Omnibus采用实时与历史数据分离的技术，实时处理采用内存数据库，可以极大的提高管理效率，达到每秒钟1000条的处理能力，从而有效的保证管理系统的处理能力，并从容应对事件风暴。
历史数据采用关系数据库存储，通过Gateway将事件同步的写入数据库中，进行长期的历史保存和统计分析。
Netcool的重复事件压缩可以有效的将重复事件压缩为一条，显示事件的初次、最后发生时间以及次数，而且除了厂商提供的缺省压缩规则外，用户可以方便灵活的对规则按照管理需求进行调整。
●灵活定制的事件管理结构Netcool Omnibus高效快速的事件处理中心，可以根据Netcool 管理需要定制的事件结构，增加网络运维需要的事件字段，为Netcool的操作人员提供全面的网络原始报警和关联信息。
●丰富的事件管理关联分析和自动处理Omnibus提供事件的重复信息压缩、信息过滤、自动化、关联分析等一系列处理工作，并按照不同的报警需要触发不同的外部报警通知，如声音、邮件、短信等。
