1．多用被动语态
被动语态有利于使口气客观、 行文简洁，因此是英文文件中 常被采用的结构。企业宣传资 料中也不乏被动语态。
运输标志
• 又称唛头（SHIPPINGMARK），是为了 便于识别货物，防止错发货，通常由 型号，图形、收货单位简称，目的港， 件数或批号等组成。
指示用语
• 指示用语提示人们（主要是搬运工 人和管理人员）产品的属性和如何 正确操作。
警示用语
• 又称危险标志，凡是在运输包装内 装有危险货物的，都必须在运输包 装商标上用于危险品的标志，以示 警告。
