介词over的用法
【观察】(1)There are over 17,000 students in our school. (2)There's a big bridge over the river.
【发现】over为介词,意为“超过,多于;在……上方”。
作为“超过,多于”讲时,相当于more than;作为“在……上方”讲时,表示垂直在上、不接触、有距离,有时可与above互换,与介词under相对应。

名词kind的用法

【发现】kind为可数名词,意为“种类”。
它有两种用法:
(1)常用于短语all kinds of“各种各样的”。
(2)常用于短语kind of“有点儿;稍微”,表示程度。
