防爆电器设备的防爆原防爆电气设备是按国家标准设计制造的不会引起周围爆炸性混合物爆炸的电气设备。
在煤炭、石油、化工及其他行业中，生产环境，爆炸物质不同，所采用的防爆措施也不同。
为了使防爆电气设备的设计、制造标准化，便于检验、使用和维修，我国已制订了完整的防爆电气设备的国家标准。
现行的防爆电气设备的国家标准是GB3836，它与IEC79标准基本对应。
根据所采取的防爆措施，GB3836把防爆电气设备分为隔爆型、增安型、本质安全型、正压型、充油型、充砂型、无火花型、浇封型、气密型和特殊型。
a.隔爆型电气设备具有隔爆外壳的电气设备称为隔爆型电气设备。
隔爆外壳既能承受内部爆炸性气体混合物的爆炸压力，也能阻止内部的爆炸向外壳周围爆炸性混合物传播。
该型设备的标准为GB3836.2―83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备――隔爆型电气设备》。
b.增安型电气设备正常运行条件下不会产生电弧、火花或可能点燃爆炸性混合物的高温的电气设备，在其结构上采取措施，提高安全程度，以避免在正常或规定的过载条件下出现电弧、火花或可能点燃爆炸性混合物的高温的电气设备，称为增安型电气设备。
该设备的标准为GB3836.3―83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备――增安型电气设备》。
c.本质安全型电气设备全部电路均为本质安全电路的电气设备称为本质安全型电气设备。
所谓本质安全电路是指在规定条件下，在正常工作或规定的故障状态下，产生的电火花和热效应均不能点燃爆炸性混合物的电路。
该型设备的标准为GB3836.4―83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备――本质安全型电路和电气设备》d.正压型电气设备具有正压外壳的电气设备称为正压型电气设备。
所谓正压外壳是指向外壳内通入保护性气体，保持内部保护性气体的压力高于周围爆炸性环境的压力，以阻止外部爆炸性混合物进入壳内的外壳。
该型设备的标准为GB3836.5―87《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备――正压型电气设备》。
e.充油型电气设备将全部部件或可能产生电火花或过热的部分部件浸在油内，使其不能点燃油面以上或壳外的爆炸性混合物的电气设备称为充油型电气设备。
现行的防爆电气设备国家标准是：GB3836-2010《爆炸性环境》，于2011年8月1日实施，与国际电工委员会标准IEC60079-0:2007，MOD同步，分为若干部分：GB3836.1 设备通用要求GB3836.2 由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备GB3836.3 由增安型“e”保护的设备GB3836.4 由本质安全型“i”保护的设备GB3836.5 正压外壳型“p”GB3836.6 油浸型“o”GB3836.7 充砂型“q”GB3836.8 “n”型电气设备GB3836.9 浇封型“m”GB3836.11 最大试验安全间隙测定方法GB3836.12 气体或蒸气混合物按照其最大试验安全间隙和最小点燃电流的分级GB3836.13 爆炸性气体环境用电气设备的检修GB3836.14 危险场所分类GB3836.15 危险场所电气安装（煤矿除外）GB3836.16 电气装置的检查与维护（煤矿除外）GB3836.17 正压房间或建筑物的结构和使用防爆常识一、防爆电气设备的防爆型式1.爆炸性混合物产生爆炸的条件爆炸是指物质从一种状态，经过物理变化或化学变化，突然变成另一种状态并放出巨大的能量，而产生的光和热或机械功。
在此仅谈及爆炸性混合物的爆炸，即所有的可燃性气体、蒸气及粉尘与空气所形成的爆炸性混合物的爆炸。
这类爆炸需要同时具备三个条件才可能发生：第一，必须存在爆炸性物质或可燃性物质；第二，要有助燃性物质，主要是空气中的氧气；第三，就是还要存在引燃源(如火花、电弧和危险温度等)，它提供点燃混合物所必需的能量。
只有这三个条件同时存在，才有发生爆炸的可能性，其中任何一个条件不具备，就不会产生燃烧和爆炸。
因此，采取适当的措施，使三个条件不同时具备即可达到防止爆炸的目的。
由于爆炸性混合物普遍存在于煤炭、石油、化工、纺织、粮食加工等行业的生产、加工、储运等场所，如发生爆炸则危害极大。
于是，人们采取了多种防爆技术方法，防止爆炸危险性环境形成及其爆炸。

皮带机出厂检验规程一、目的达到零配件在组装后，实现整机质量标准、技术要求。
二．范围全厂生产经营活动，在零配件组装整机过程中操作者和质检人员对产品的质量的操作与质量控制过程。
三.职责在生产过程中操作者与质检根据技术标准、图样、工艺程序正确的对产品质量的过程控制记录与追溯，最终达到产品合格。
四、操作程序1)质检部依据产品标准、合同要求等编制产品验收条件，对产品最终检验所要开展的检验和试验项目的方法、手段、合格标准记录、等进行规定。
2)公司产品在按检验文件或工艺文件的规定，进货检验和试验及过程检验都已完成，试验报告齐全且满足要求时，方可进行最终检验和试验。
由质检员依据产品标准和产品验收技术条件等实施检验，并记录检测结果判定合格与否。
3)最终检验和试验合格的产品，由质检部检验员做好记录，签发合格证后，方可办理入库手续。
4)未经检验或检验判定为不合格的最终产品不得放行与交付，除非主管领导批准，当公司有规定时应经过顾客批准。
5）所有整机产品的零配件，都要有抽检和进货检验及过程检验记录。
外协检验记录。
与图样相符合，防止不合格品流入整机产品中。
6）质检员须检验所有整机上的零配件是否安装齐全，焊接是否牢固，各螺纹连接是否紧固。

本标准适用于以防爆低污染柴油机为动力的全液压传动的单轨吊机车（以下简称单轨吊机车）。

爆炸性气体环境用电气设备的检修前言本标准是非等效采用国际电工委员会出版物IEC79-19:1993（第1版）并结合国内防爆电气设备检修的具体情况制定的。
本标准的技术内容采用了国际标准的相应规定，但在对于隔爆接合面修复、设备的改造要求以及修理后设备的检查和试验等方面，本标准规定了比国际标准更具体的要求。
另外，IEC79-19适用范围是除煤矿和炸药之外的工厂用防爆电气设备，本标准的适用范围不仅包括工厂用防爆电气设备，而且也包括煤矿用防爆电气设备（但不包括炸药环境用电气设备）。

1范围1]本标准规定了爆炸性气体环境用电气设备（以下简称“电气设备”）检修和改造的技术要求、工艺方法和检验。
本标准适用于爆炸性气体环境用电气设备的检修和改造。
国外进口的以及按GB3836标准颁布之前的标准制造的电气设备，其检修和改造可参照本标准。
爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第 1 部分：通用要求、八、、前言本标准是根据国际标准IEC600079-0：1998《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第0 部分：通用要求》对GB3836.1-1983 进行修订的，在技术内容上与IEC600079-0 ：1998 等效，编写规则上与之等同并符合GB-T1.1-1993 的规定。
本标准在《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备》的总标题下分以下部分：第1 部分：通用要求第2 部分：隔爆型“ d”第3 部分：增安型“ e”第4 部分：本质安全型“ i ”第5 部分：正压型“ p”第6 部分：充油型“ o”第7 部分：充砂型“ q”第9 部分：浇封型“ m”在根据IEC60079-0 : 1998修订GB3836.1-1983时，为解决I类电气设备非金属材料外壳的防火问题，增加了对塑料外壳的阻燃性要求。
见附表E。
本标准还保留了GB3836.1-1983 中的部分内容：1）检验程序，以适应我国防爆电气产品检验的需要，见附录A。
2）I类电气设备的防潮要求，以满足我国煤矿潮湿环境条件的特殊要求，见附录C。
3）I类手持式或支架式电钻（以及附带的插接装置）、携带式仪器仪表、灯具的外壳，可采用抗拉强度不低于120MPa且按GB13813规定的摩擦火花试验方法考核合格的轻合金制造。
保留该内容，以解决我国某些特殊手持式电气设备的轻量化问题（见8.3 ）。
本标准与GB3836.1-1983 相比，有以下重要改变：1）标准名称的修订，即将《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备》改为《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备》；2）将术语“爆炸性气体混合物”修订为“爆炸性气体环境”；3）塑料外壳为解决静电电荷堆积，增加了“外壳表面积”限制、“防止静电电荷堆积的结构”措施、“抗光老化规定”、“阻燃性能规定”等；4）修订了U类电气设备外壳用轻金属含镁量的规定；5）外接地连接件的尺寸修订为与内接地连接件尺寸一样；6）塑料外壳的表面电阻测量方法修订为测量“相距（10± 0.5 ）口口长（100± 1）mm宽（1 ± 0.2 ）mm勺两平行直线段间的电阻值；7）增加了Ex 元件、熔断器、插接装置、手提灯和帽灯等内容；8)在试验部分增加了塑料的阻燃试验、塑料耐光老化试验、轻合金摩擦火花安全性试验等；9)I类电气设备无保护的透明件，在高机械危险的情况下，冲击试验能量从GB3836.1-1983的10J降为7J ;冲击试验环境温度由(25土10)C修订为(20土5)C；10)取消了玻璃透明件用尼龙冲头作冲击试验的规定；11)防爆电气设备送审时，只要求制造厂送与防爆性能有关的资料，但增加了有关工厂产品质量保证文件资料的要求。
