如何才能在高速发展的过程中保持平稳健康的态势呢?构建企业文化对于重庆火锅企业的意义就显得非常重要了。
企业文化作为现代管理模式的新战略,近来年受到了越来越多的企业的重视。
麦当劳、肯德基等一大批优秀企业都将构建企业文化作为企业重点发展目标。

And with the development of hotpot, the establishments of Chongqing hotpot had reached a qualitative leap. But how can they keep steady and healthy in the development? Founding the corporation culture may be the answer. As the strategic measure of modern management mode corporation culture attached more and more importance to many establishments. Such as Macdonalds, the KFC and many other world wide establishments has set the target of buliding the corporation culture as their most important mission.
