第一章、课程设计任务书

三、设计内容:
1.配送中心选址:应用精确重心法、交叉中值法或其他方法对配送中心进行选址。
2.总体布局设计:在已确定的生产单位的基础上,根据已给资料设立相应的职能部门,并绘制企业的组织结构图及平面布置图。
3.作业流程设计:根据所提供的资料对配送中心作业流程进行分析,对配送中心内部作业流程进行合理规划,绘制各作业区流程图和平面布置图。
4.配送线路选择与优化:基于成本最优,对拟定的配送线路进行合理规划。
四、设计资料:
一)客户资料:
某配送中心拟向城市内10个零售商提供配送服务。零售商的需求、空间位置及交通图如下表、图所示。
配送要求:配送中心拥有5吨、2吨两种车型的货柜车,配送的经济里程为30公里。

本课程设计主要包括配送中心选址与规划设计、作业流程设计、总结和个人心得四个部分。在配送中心选址方面,我们采用了精确重心法和交叉中值法,最终确定了配送中心的选址。在总体布局设计方面,我们根据已给资料设立了相应的职能部门,并绘制了企业的组织结构图及平面布置图。在作业流程设计方面,我们对配送中心内部作业流程进行了分析,并进行了合理规划,绘制了各作业区流程图和平面布置图。最后,我们基于成本最优,对拟定的配送线路进行了合理规划。
一、配送中心选址与规划设计
在配送中心选址方面,我们采用了精确重心法和交叉中值法。首先,我们将客户位置坐标输入计算机,得到了客户位置的重心坐标。然后,我们利用交叉中值法,计算出每个客户到重心的距离,得到了每个客户的权重。最终,我们将客户权重和需求量作为评价指标,结合经济里程和车型限制,确定了配送中心的选址。
二、作业流程设计
在作业流程设计方面,我们对配送中心内部作业流程进行了分析,并进行了合理规划。我们将配送中心分为收货区、分拣区、发货区和管理区,分别设计了相应的作业流程。在收货区,我们设计了收货、验货和入库的流程。在分拣区,我们设计了分拣、装箱和封箱的流程。在发货区,我们设计了出库、配载和发运的流程。在管理区,我们设计了库存管理、订单管理和人员管理的流程。最终,我们绘制了各作业区流程图和平面布置图。
