连锁经营是通过一定的纽带桥梁,遵循固定的准则,将许多离散的相对独立的的经营单位集结到一起,然后依照确定的规则要求进行运作的一种商业组织形式和经营制度。

这些经营单位经营同种商或者提供同样的服务,若干个经营单位组成一个联合体。

本文旨在为连锁经营企业这一特殊经营群体建立一套完善、有效的配送中心管理信息系统,目的是使企业运输成本得以降低,市场竞争力得以提升,最终实现提高客户满意度和企业经济效益。

本系统的设计可以分成以下阶段:前期调研、系统需求分析及系统可行性分析、确定系统业务流程、系统概要设计、系统详细设计及实现。

前期调研以本地大中型连锁企业为对象,针对这些企业的配送中心信息化程度、业务流程及规模、日常业务中的存在的弊端等进行调研。

根据调研成果,梳理配送中心组织结构与经营模式以及部门的具体分工情况,完成系统的功能需求、业务需求、非功能性需求等工作,得到系统流程。

在需求分析的基础上进行概要设计,概要设计主要工作是划分模块并每个模块的具体功能,确定各项模块的数据流。

在系统概要设计的基础上系统建模,再开始对系统进行详细的设计工作。

详细设计是对系统各个模块的用例图、流程图、设计细节的详细表述。

本文工作最后一环是系统的实现与测试。

系统测试是以连锁企业的真实业务流程封装成若干简单用例,将对系统的可靠性、全面性、数据运行的准确性进行测试。

最后测试结果验证了系统符合要求值得信赖。

本论文研究的连锁中心配货系统,不仅是配货,更重要的是必须用供应链管理思想去管理整个过程。

本系统会使用精确完整供应链管理思想。

研究本系统的重要意义在于,连锁经营的几个统一中最重要的统一进货、统一配送、统一价格,都是可以靠本系统实施和保证的。

而这正是连锁经营的核心。

本系统可以大大压缩整个连锁企业的物流费用,提高连锁店的顾客服务水平。

本论文研究的连锁中心配送系统主要技术采用三层设计模式,技术,前台采用HTML语言,后台主要采用C#语言。

服务器采用IIS服务器。

后台采用SQL Server 2005数据库对数据进行存储和操作。
