1 general principles

本说明书适用于立式水轮发电机。

This instruction is applied to type vertical hydro-generator.

凡本说明书未规定事项均应符合GB755-2000《旋转电机定额与性能》、GB/T7894-2001《水轮发电机基本技术条件》、GB/T8564-2003《水轮发电机组安装技术规范》等有关规定。

All the rules in this instruction shall obey the regulations in

GB755-2000 Rotating electrical machines--Rating and performance ,

GB/T7894-2001 Fundamental technical requirements for hydraulic

turbine generators, and GB/T8564-2003 Specification installation of

hydraulic turbine generator units .

发电机能否长期安全有效地运行,除设计和制造外,在很大程度上决定于安装质量和维护。因此安装人员应熟悉发电机图纸和有关技术文件。

Apart from the design and manufacture, the sustainable and

effective operation of the generator depends largely on its installation

quality and maintenance. Therefore, the installation personnel shall grasp

a solid understanding of the drawings and other associated technical

documents.

3 发电机结构简介

3. Brief introduction for the generator structure

本机组为立轴悬式水轮发电机。与水轮机轴采用刚性连接。推力轴承在上机架本体内,具有上、下导轴承。通风形式为密闭双路径向通风。

This unit is a vertical suspended hydro-generator, connecting to the

turbine main shaft with a rigid coupling. The thrust bearing is installed in

the upper bracket with an upper guide bearing and a lower guide bearing.

And the ventilating system applies a radial direction closed-double loop

mode.

3.1 定子

3.1 stator

发电机定子机座为整圆,外径φ5000mm。定子铁心外径φ4250mm,内径φ3710mm,铁心长780mm,冲片采用低损耗优质硅钢片50W310,槽数为240,线圈采用F级绝缘的圈式叠绕组形式。定子在厂内叠片、下线及试验。主引出线和中性点引出线各三根。主引出线方向为+Y偏 -X 15°,中性引出线方向为+X偏 -Y 15°,相序为俯视逆时针方向U、V、W排列。

The stator frame of the generator is an entire circle with an outer diameter ofφ5000mm.While the outer and inner diameters of the stator

core areφ4250mm andφ3710mm respectively, and the core length is

780mm. As for the stator sheet, it applies a low-loss and high-quality

silicon-steel plate 50W310. The slot number is 240,and the coil is with

class F insulation’s lap winding. The whole process of lamination,

winding, and test of the stator will be finished in the workshop. For main

terminal and neutral point terminal, each of them has three leads.主引出线方向为+Y偏 -X 15°,中性引出线方向为+X偏 -Y 15°,and

the phase sequence is overlook-counterclockwise arranged as U, V, w.

3.2 转子

3.2 rotor

发电机转子由主轴、转子支架、磁轭、磁极等零部件组成。转子外径φ3680mm,转子支架与主轴在厂内热套,磁轭由3mm厚的Q345钢板叠成,磁轭轴向长1000mm,并在厂内完成叠装工作。磁轭下部装有5块制动环。磁极铁心采用1.5mm厚的Q345钢板叠成,用双"T"尾与磁轭连接,磁极线圈采用4×40矩形铜母线焊接而成,采用F级绝缘。磁极上装有纵横阻尼绕组,磁极挂装、磁极线圈连接以及阻尼环连接均在工地进行。

The generator consists of generator shaft, stator frame, rim, pole and

some other components. The shrinkage fitting process of the rotor spider

and its main shaft shall be finished in the workshop and the outer

diameter of the rotor isφ3680mm. The building-up of the rim shall also

be accomplished in the workshop. It is made of 3mm Q345 steel plates

with a vertical shaft length of 1000mm. In the lower part of the rim, there

are five brake rings. The pole core is built up of 1.5mm Q345 steel plates

connecting with the rim by the double “T” ends. The rotor coil is welded

of 4×40 rectangular copper busbar with insulation rated class F. And the

pole is equipped with vertical and horizontal damper winding. The

assembly of poles, the connection of coils and damper rings shall

accomplished at the site.
