本章将针对常用的操作面板、小键盘进行说明。
操作面板使用说明用户通过操作面板可以对NICE3000new 电梯一体化控制器进行功能参数修改、工作状态监控和操作面板运行时的控制（起动、停止）等操作。
操作面板的外观及各功能区说明 操作面板外观如图1-1： 1、功能指示灯说明：RUN 灯亮时表示NICE3000new 电梯一体化控制器处于运转状态。
LOCAL/REMOT 保留。
FWD/REV 电梯上下行指示灯：灯亮表示电梯下行，灯灭表示电梯上行。
TUNE/TC 调谐指示灯，灯亮表示处于调谐状态。
2、数码显示区：5位LED 显示，可显示运行速度、母线电压等参数。
3、单位指示灯说明：所点亮指示灯所对应的单位既表示数码显示区所显示数值的单位，当两灯同时亮时表示两灯下方中间处的单位值。

第二章操作台操作说明§2.1.1 操作运行条件1、电源正常。
2、PLC电源正常，CPU处于RUN（运行）状态。
3、液压系统运行正常。
4、系统没有紧停或故障。
5、各个机构联锁条件信号满足动作要求。

在设备不运行的状态下，要确保钥匙旋钮S673旋转到0位，并且要去下钥匙，妥善保管，以免误上电。
设备在运行过程中需紧急停车时，按下急停自锁旋钮S672，切断控制电源，切断电源后要如图2-1所示方向旋转S672手动复位。
2.1.2.2 油泵操作过程（如图2-2）Oil pump stopOil pump startBlocking alarmHA531S461/H521S471图2-2操作工在接通电源后，按下瞬动带灯按钮S461/H521，指示灯亮，说明油泵和油泵风机启动。
在需要停止油泵时，按下瞬动按钮S471，油泵和油泵风机同时停止运行。
当液压站的过滤器堵塞时，蜂鸣器HA531发出报警声，此时要停止油泵，解除故障后，HA531自动复位，停止报警。
2.1.2.3 主传动操作过程（如图2-3）在油泵电机启动后，按下带灯按钮S221/H411, 指示灯H411和H421亮，说明主传动电机和润滑泵启动，在需要停止主传动电机时，按下瞬动按钮S431，指示灯H411和H421灭，主传动电机和润滑泵同时停止运行。
在主传动电机运行中，可以通过数显表PN2显示当前主传动电机的转速，在需要调整速度时，可以通过旋转电位器PR2调节转速。
