立式冲击破碎机结构设计

摘要

立式冲击破碎机是一种结构简单、破碎效率高的破碎机构,主要用于脆性物 料的研磨与破碎。它不同于常规的破碎、研磨设备,是一种新型的冲击式破碎机。

本课题设计的立式冲击破碎机是一种单给料的破碎类型,应用物料与破碎机 衬板冲击、物料与物料相冲击的原理,达到破碎物料的目的。主要由进料斗、分 料器、涡动破碎腔、叶轮、主轴总成、机架、传动机构及电机等部分组成。这次 设计我首先对所设计的立式冲击破碎机的机构进行设计,选择合理的方案。其次 对主轴进行计算;电动机选择、计算;V带计算;选择合适的轴承。最后对本次设 计进行总结和叙述。

ABSTRACT

Vertical impact crusher is a crushing mechanism with simple structure and high crushing

efficiency, which is mainly used for the grinding and crushing of brittle materials. It is different

from the conventional crushing, grinding equipment, is a new type of impact crusher.

The vertical impact crusher which is desig ned by this paper is a kind of sin gle feed, which

can achieve the purpose of crushi ng material by using the impact of material and crushing

machine lining board, material and material. Mainly consists of a feeding hopper, a distributor,

vortex dynamic crushing cavity, an impeller, a main shaft assembly, a machine frame, a

transmission mechanism and a motor etc. part. This design I first to the desig n of vertical

impact crusher desig n, select the reas on able scheme. Secon dly, the spindle is calculated;

motor selection and calculation; V band calculation; select the appropriate beari ng. At last, the

desig n is summarized and described.
